Again, we relied on your wisdom for the value of our offer. After you presented our offer, it was accepted. I don't think you knew what you were getting into. But this is where you really shined and where you impressed us. Your service was exceptional and, honestly, I have to say that you went well beyond the expectations. As you know, I am a Disabled Veteran. Also suffering with PTSD and some other issues, which made this transaction very difficult for me to deal with emotionally, at times. I know that I must have driven you nuts, at times. My worries and fears caused a lot of extra work for you. There were many times that I would get worked up, but you not only had the ability to deal with the root issues, you did an excellent job in bring me back to reality and soothing my mind. There are only a handful of people, who have that ability and you are one of those. I have say that you made this transaction easier for me to deal with and work through. Your ability and skill in customer service is World Class. I'm not sure that I could have done this transaction with just any realtor. I think that I would have ticked the other realtors off, with my insecurities, due to my PTSD, etc. We just want to say, Thank You. I know that I made this rough on you, I apologize. To start, the Souza Group, and agents Tim and Bryan were our real estate professionals when we originally purchased our property in 2016. In late 2020, I received notice from my employer that I was relocating with the use of a relocation company. I could not think of a better real estate team to represent our interest than the Souza Group. I contacted Bryan, and the next day Bryan and Tim visited our house to walk through to help us prepare the property for the market. As we soon found out, working with a relocation company has many twists and turns, nothing the Souza Group could not handle professionally and in a second. After about 4 weeks of waiting on my work and the relocation company's approval, the house was ready to be put on the market. Throughout this waiting period Bryan and Tim communicated weekly with updates and fielded any questions we had. Bryan and Tim arrange the photographer, the photos made me want to buy my house. Because of COVID, Tim arranged a Saturday, by appointment, showing for prequalified potential buyers. When Saturday arrived, Tim was there at 8am and so were the first potential buyers. At 8:45am, we had our first offer well over asking price. All in all, that day we had over 8 offers. While Tim managed the showings, Bryan worked in the background compiling offers and sending those offers in email. The emails were complete and easy to read and understand. Throughout the day Bryan and Tim communicated through text message and email. The Souza Group used a spreadsheet to show the offers and all pertinent information along with the offers. This made deciphering some of the contingencies and earnest money simple. This also protected us from missing vital information about the offers we received. We had no stress after the offer was approved. Even as lenders take their time and buyers and sellers were on edge, Bryan and Tim were calm during the storm. This is a long overdue review for the awesome Souza Group. Last October, I was looking for an investment property in the Clovis/Fresno area. Being from the Bay Area, I had almost zero knowledge about the local market. So I decided to find a local realtor. I'm so glad that I found the Souza Group on Yelp. I contacted Bryan. Immediately the next morning, I got a response and he arranged Tim to give me a call. Tim provided substantial amount of information about the local market and asked me a thorough list of questions to understand my situation, investment needs and preferences. Then they were on a mission. By Friday, they'd had the list of properties I was interested in and touring was confirmed for Saturday. In summary, Colleen is tremendously experienced and on top of it! After a couple months of searching, we were able to find an AMAZING home at the best possible price.
