From the get go she said she was hoping we would fall out of escrow because she had found her own buyers. We paid what the buyers were asking and they were very eager to sell. When our home closed Annette didn't bother to met us at our new home to give us the keys. She instead left the garage opener on the porch in full view in a Tupperware container. Upon entering our house we discovered the previous owners had left a ton of their belongings behind and hadn't cleaned up. A refrigerator and freezer full of food. A washer and dryer. TV. Microwave. Broken air freshener that damaged wood on cabinet. Every cubboard and draw had their belongings in them. Including personal things like luffas, soap and such in the bathrooms. It was really gross and a very big inconvenience. Not what anyone wants moving in to their new home. Our agent contacted her and her response was,"I'm sure your clients are exaggerating!" What a horrible person doing a horrible job! Then she offered to send people to remove the belongings. By that point we wanted nothing to do with this person. Here we are with movers ready to go and we are going to wait? How about you do your job right?
