We have been tenants for 6 plus years. We were told we were good tenants. We always leave the home…read morebetter than we find it. When we moved out a month ago we were told we would get copies of the paperwork that afternoon, never came. Then 3 weeks later we get a list of this and that with receipts that not only were we not getting a penny back we owed them money. I gave them the receipt for the carpet cleaners they sent us the receipt for carpets they recleaned. The house was filthy when we moved in and we had to spend a day cleaning it. Now they are charging us large amounts to reclean a clean house. Yes the globes in the light/fans needed to be cleaned, I get that but the house was at least 10 xs cleaner than we were presented with. I do not recommend this company for a rental and if you do be careful and don't expect a penny of your deposit back.
