Won't fix anything. Garbage overflowing. Ignore you and gaslight your concerns. Stay away. Fire escape very sketchy structurally.

Every time someone…read moremoved out I was bracing myself for months of vacancy, showings that went nowhere, applications that looked good but flopped, and then sometimes ending up with tenants that weren't even good. My old manager? meh... didn't really care, made me feel like I was losing money and it was all on me. Chambers kinda changed all that. Vacancies dont drag forever anymore, tenants actually pay on time, treat the place decent... sounds simple but after what I went thru before it felt amazing. Tenants seem way calmer too. Less drama, fewer complaints... stuff actually gets handled. Chambers takes care of the communication, maintenance, all that stuff without turning it into a headache. Tenants know who to call and stuff actually gets fixed lol. I also like that I'm not just left guessing anymore. New applicant? I know. Lease signed? I know. Something pops up? I hear about it before it's a bigger problem. I don't feel outta the loop like I did before. Honestly... I'm not stressing about who's living there or how long it'll sit empty. Things feel steady now. After years of chaos and headaches, this kinda stability is worth way more than I thought it would be. Thank you Chambers.!

Questions would come up and I'd either get no response or something super vague days later. After a while, I just stopped asking and hoped nothing went wrong, which isn't exactly comforting when real money is involved. Once Chambers took over, that changed pretty quickly. Now when I have a question, I ask it and I get a real answer. Not days later. Not after following up multiple times. Just a normal, timely response like you would expect. It sounds basic, but it made a huge difference. What really stood out to me was how approachable they are. I've asked about lease stuff, tenant situations, random landlord questions, even things I probably should already know. I never felt rushed, brushed off, or made to feel dumb for asking. There were also times I reached out about things that weren't urgent at all or weren't technically their issue yet. They still helped me think it through and gave honest input. That was unexpected and genuinely appreciated. At this point, I don't feel like I'm guessing anymore. I don't feel stuck or unsure every time something small comes up, and that peace of mind alone is worth a lot. Thank you Chambers Property Management!

She has been the most incredible, hospitable, understanding, sweet, outgoing, helpful, and accommodating person I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She's gone above and beyond with answering all 300 of my crazy questions and communicating promptly, compassionately, and professionally. I had originally contacted them for a certain property I saw online and was interested in calling home. They contacted me swiftly and even told me about the other properties they available. I ultimately ended signing for a different one their houses than the one I had originally messaged them about and am so beyond thrilled! Venture Property Management's website/portal platform is also sooo easy and transparent, so it's really nice finally having a living situation where it's easy to see and pay bills. From applying, sending documents, paying the security deposit, and rent, VPM has been amazing every step of the way. JoAnn has made this entire move such a breeze, and I've really been worrying for nothing. I'm in love with my new rental, all thanks to her. She's a ray of sunshine and truly the best in the biz!

Unfortunately, my issue is not with her but with the company itself. This company is not veteran- or disability-friendly. I was upfront about my situation and provided every document they requested: * A personal statement explaining why I had six late payments (during my transition out of the Navy, I wasn't receiving VA benefits, and rent was $2,473 in San Diego). * A letter from my case manager, who even offered to speak directly with them--which they declined. * Proof that I never owed money to any property management company. * A solid 688 credit score (above their 650 requirement). * Verified income at 3.5x the rent, which exceeded their criteria. Despite all of this, they denied me. I have always been a responsible tenant: never received complaints, always left apartments in good condition, and consistently received renewal offers. Yet, even with all the evidence, they offered no alternatives. Most property management companies in California will sometimes allow tenants to pay a larger deposit, but here that option isn't available because they already make it a requirement to pay a full month's rent as a deposit. That leaves only one option -- a co-signer -- which I do not have. It's very discouraging that a management company would refuse to work with a veteran who provided full documentation and met or exceeded their financial requirements. Their rigid policies make it unnecessarily hard for people who are trying to move forward and build stability. To add to the frustration, I was immediately approved for nicer, safer apartments in Fresno and Clovis -- further proof that this denial was not about my qualifications, but about their unwillingness to be flexible. The apartment in Madera is not even in a safe or desirable area, but I wanted to live close to family for health reasons. Sadly, they made that impossible. Bottom line: While Leslie did her job well, the company's management policies are rigid, unsupportive, and not veteran- or disability-friendly. They already require the maximum deposit but offer no flexibility beyond forcing tenants to find a co-signer. I do not recommend this company.

As soon as we follow the rules we saw other folks that live here abide the rules and did their own thing. The worst part is that the land lord knew the rules were being broken and never did anything god forbid you do one little adjustments and your getting a notification that we aren't allowed to do something. The only plus about this place is that it's gated, the school bus, the school down the street, and grocery store isn't that far. The negative part pretty much everything else. You have landlord not following her own rules, a lot of the stuff in the house is either old or half ass fixed, probably gonna have to wash your own carpet if it's not badly damaged. Loud neighbors as well as disrespectful one who don't follow the rule to the contract they sign. You pay for what you want but it gonna get.

**1 STAR -- Our Experience at Vista Del Sol Apartments**…read more I am leaving this review because prospective tenants deserve to know about our experience before signing a lease at Vista Del Sol Apartments in Madera. Our experience has been extremely stressful and disappointing. During our tenancy, we experienced **multiple serious water and HVAC issues**, including two separate flooding/water-intrusion incidents and approximately **25 days without working air conditioning**. On April 3, our apartment flooded when water came through the HVAC access panel and a pipe above the bathtub. Water spread through a large portion of our apartment, including the hallway, kitchen, dining room, living room, bathrooms, and into both bedrooms. We were also informed that water was seeping into the apartment below us. Unfortunately, we experienced another water/leak issue in June. We also continued experiencing problems with our AC. At times it would work intermittently, and despite multiple service visits and attempts to address the problem, the issue continued. We were eventually told that the AC unit would need to be replaced. The repairs themselves were frustrating, but what made the experience significantly worse was the **difficulty we had getting our concerns addressed and receiving timely communication from management**. We contacted management multiple times regarding these issues. There were occasions when we were left waiting for responses, a maintenance appointment was missed, and we had concerns about whether repairs had actually been completed. We repeatedly had to follow up rather than feeling confident that the problems were being handled. Because of the repeated water exposure, we also became concerned about possible moisture and mold growth in our apartment. Those concerns were heightened because our downstairs neighbor had reported what appeared to be black mold in a hallway closet. We cannot say what was or was not present inside our own walls without appropriate professional testing, but after experiencing repeated water intrusion, it was understandably concerning to us. Eventually, we felt that our concerns were not receiving the attention we believed they required, so we escalated the matter and contacted ownership directly. We provided documentation and evidence of the issues we had experienced. It was frustrating to feel that we had to go above management before we felt our situation was being taken seriously. This experience has involved far more than the occasional inconvenience that comes with apartment living. We dealt with flooding, water intrusion, prolonged AC problems, repeated maintenance concerns, disruptions to our daily lives, and significant stress trying to get everything addressed. **I strongly recommend that anyone considering Vista Del Sol ask detailed questions before signing a lease.** Ask about the property's history of water leaks, flooding, HVAC problems, maintenance response times, and how serious tenant concerns are handled. If possible, speak with current or former residents as well. I am not making claims about anyone else's experience. **This review is based on our own experience, the problems we personally encountered, and the documentation we have regarding those issues.** Unfortunately, based on our experience, **I would not choose to live at Vista Del Sol again, and I would not recommend it to someone looking for a low-stress rental experience.**

I have been biting my tongue about the dissatisfaction I have endured living under the Sordi Property Management, and Daniel really took me to the breaking point. I have been frustrated with the fact that our HOA has increased $30 and we have seen zero benefit. They just changed our gate system and I am CONSTANTLY getting my packages delayed because the call box does not correctly dial my phone number, as it should, to let it delivery drivers. Further, my husband does not have a remote (they are an extra $25, and it took me weeks to receive mine) and has relied on the call box to let him in, we called and guess what, it was disconnected and my husband waited outside of the gate for 20 minutes. I called to express my disappointment in the system and Daniel took it upon himself to argue with me like the teenagers that I work with on a daily basis. I understand there are rules, fine. Living in an HOA is a social contract where you pay, and in return, expect to see some kind of benefit. And if not, then it is my right to bring it to the property managers attention. Now, listening to Daniel do his best to berate me had to be one of the funniest phone calls of my life. You really did your big one tough guy. But let's be serious, it was completely out of line and extremely unprofessional. This company should truly be ashamed of the way they handle business. Kevin and Daniel are by far the two worst people you could have operating a business. They have no professional conduct and, honestly, embarrass themselves by the way they think they are handling their business. If Sordi Properties is managing your place of business or your home, run the other way. Don't put any money into it because it will be a waste. People like Daniel and Kevin need to find another career. They handle business like people with "short man syndrome." While it is hilarious, it's also super embarrassing and makes you question the management that is taking care of your home. If I could I would put negative stars that's how bad this duo sucks
