i had an occasion to use a realtor from pro realty named cindy huselid. she was the realtor who…read moresold my home in fresno. there were several hitches in the sale of this property, however this is not the purpose for rating this realtor a one star. i also purchased a new property in fresno. cindy was not the realtor for this property. however, she ask us to name her as a realtor we used for the sale of the original property. we did as she asked, she never mentioned she would be receiving a commission for the sale of the new property. ms. huselid did not represent us on this purchase at all. she called us when we were signing the final paper work and asked if she could come out and did we need her. we said no we did not need her and no we did not want her to come out. ms. huselid took it upon her self to show up during the signing and ask us to sign a document that she gave to the new house reps. we did so not realizing she would be getting a commission for this purchase. not only did she get a commission of 9+k on the sale of the old home (she split with someone else, no one we new) but she also received 11k + for the purchase commission on the new property. ms. huselid did absolutely not to earn this money, she did not take us to the property, (we found it on our own). she did no follow through on this property. in our opinion she did nothing to earn the 11k+. we mentioned to ms. huselid, (since she did receive the 11k + for doing nothing, she could perhaps at least share in the closing costs, or contribute someting out of this money to the upgrade of the property. ms. huselid has declined to offer anything for this hugh commission. we feel ms. huselid did not inform us properly regarding her commission or work to earn one cent let alone 11k+. this feels like fraud to us and at this point only suggest strongly to anyone using ms. huselids services to be sure you take a few moments to read extra carefully all documents given to you, especially when it comes to commission for the realtors. this was my first experience with realtors and will definitely be my last.

My old manager? meh... didn't really care, made me feel like I was losing money and it was all on me. Chambers kinda changed all that. Vacancies dont drag forever anymore, tenants actually pay on time, treat the place decent... sounds simple but after what I went thru before it felt amazing. Tenants seem way calmer too. Less drama, fewer complaints... stuff actually gets handled. Chambers takes care of the communication, maintenance, all that stuff without turning it into a headache. Tenants know who to call and stuff actually gets fixed lol. I also like that I'm not just left guessing anymore. New applicant? I know. Lease signed? I know. Something pops up? Questions would come up and I'd either get no response or something super vague days later. After a while, I just stopped asking and hoped nothing went wrong, which isn't exactly comforting when real money is involved. Once Chambers took over, that changed pretty quickly. Now when I have a question, I ask it and I get a real answer. Not days later. Not after following up multiple times. Just a normal, timely response like you would expect. It sounds basic, but it made a huge difference. What really stood out to me was how approachable they are. I've asked about lease stuff, tenant situations, random landlord questions, even things I probably should already know. I never felt rushed, brushed off, or made to feel dumb for asking. There were also times I reached out about things that weren't urgent at all or weren't technically their issue yet. They still helped me think it through and gave honest input. That was unexpected and genuinely appreciated. At this point, I don't feel like I'm guessing anymore. They wanted to cut down a tree that their tenant and I shared without my permission and without telling me. when I tried to call to let them know that I did not want the tree to be cut down, she got snippy with me. when I tried to explain that there were trees in her tenant's backyard that had fallen and broke the roof and side of the building of my garage, I didn't get a chance to explain because she hung up on me. I had to call code enforcement to talk to this unreasonable woman. the woman agreed to not cut down the tree but the next day, early in the morning, a team of tree cutters came to cut down the tree. I informed him what happened and he left. I felt bad for the guy, he was kind and considerate, unlike the woman working at Jaque and company. I guess they can have one star for being great for landlords in a way that they try their best to make as much money for the landlords and take from the tenents and neighbors of their tenents.

Niki was patient enough to show me at least 10 homes (I lost count :) before I finally found THE one. I remember she called me as soon as the house hit the market and told me I had to see this house. I said okay, I'll see it this weekend. She told me no, today, because the house was such a hot deal, it wouldn't last until the weekend. So I rolled out of bed, drove from Merced to Chowchilla before work, looking like hell. And the rest is history. I got an absolute dream home at a steal of a price. The entire process was so smooth. There were no bidding wars or last minute "surprises" at all. Escrow closed ahead of schedule and 4 years later I still refer everybody in Chowchilla to her. Bottom line is nobody beats her (and her team's) experience or knowledge when it comes to Chowchilla real estate. Others may try, but nobody has the knowledge and excellent customer service skills Niki has.

Super disappointed in the way Sordi properties manages and maintains their properties. Security is…read morenon existent, neither is sufficient lighting or an adequate amount of trash pick up days- thus leading to the increase and constant vehicle break ins / package thefts. Tenants are starting to add their own lighting around the carports because Sordi properties and HOA fail to address the security concerns. Vigilant security does a quick drive through several times but doesn't actually thoroughly walk around besides scanning their check points. Transients are setting up right behind the hedge with tents, carts, etc. Landscapers are here early at 7:00am every Monday but I question for what. Plants around the property are dead or on the verge of dying, the hedge is uneven / patchy/ clearly neglected. The waste bag areas are disgusting but we are encouraged to use it? The parking lot needs to be restriped as it's faded and almost impossible to see the lines. Common areas have never been cleaned- at least I have never see it clean and never seen anyone come out and clean it. The algae is building up which is a HUGE safety hazard as it's slimy as slippery. I would be curious to know what the HOA fees go towards as there have been zero improvements, the property is neglected, and the vendors are subpar; or if HOA or Sordi properties ever checks on their locations.
