I told Jody I needed a Tesla Wall Mounted into the garage. it was a complicated process because of old panels but the work around was to make a sub panel dedicated to the EV Charger. I asked if he can slide me in his busy schedule rather than waiting a week. He asked why I was in a hurry to get it done and I told him "I HATE CHARGING AT SUPER CHARGERS and I'm off on Thursday" .... Needless to say, Jody slid me in his schedule 2 days later instead on Thursday and got the job done in under an hour. I highly recommend Jody .

I got in just at the tail end of SCE's rebate to install an EV charger when a panel replacement was required. They handled all of the permit processing, the estimate was done entirely with photos over text, and it was honesty about as simple a process as I could hope for. I got pre-qualfied for the SCE rebate but they took over the paperwork and file, meaning my project cost got reduced by the rebate amount which was very helpful for me as well. Work done from my untrained eyes seems top notch, everything was up and working, looked very neat and tidy afterwards. There were up to 4-5 people at my house working for most of the day and everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They sent out an electrician to meet the permit inspection the next day as well. I noticed that one of the screens over a craw space air vent didn't get reinstalled (they had piped the EV charger cord though it) and even though he was only there for the inspection Andrew got under the house and got that screen installed again correctly, which will help protect the house from rats getting back inside. Really appreciated and shows a full team commitment to getting the job done right. One note, they don't do trenching or wall repair, so you'll need find those services on your own after they work. That's pretty standard I think though. All in all so happy with the whole experience. I'll be recommending them this crew to anyone who asks me in the future.

They walked me through all the pricing, kept me up to date on what would be expected from the city for inspections, gave me accurate timelines, and even installed 3 exterior outlets for us, and they did it all very quickly. After the modern breaker panel was installed, they patched/repaired our stucco and painted it to match the house - We can't even tell anything had been done. They even left me the leftover paint matching our exterior. The work is excellent all around. Most importantly - I accidentally overpaid Ismart by $1000, and the owner contacted me to inform me of this, and promptly refunded me my overpayment. Not only do they do great work, but they are good people. I can't recommend them enough.

My house is older with only a 125A service panel and Andre explained why it was undersized for my existing loads so we decided on an upgrade to 200A panel. Andre provided a quote the next day and, though I had some outstanding issues with getting the new oven which delayed our decision to proceed, he remained responsive until I accepted the quote and arranged the upgrade quickly. Andre took care of everything including all permits and inspections and completed the job quickly with everything getting inspected and bought off in two weeks with most of that time waiting for the city inspection.
