Bill came out quickly, was also friendly, knowledgeable and fast! He did a great job at not only the removal and installation but also took the time to explain things and put everything back on the windshield where it was on the old windshield. The work looks GREAT and I would HIGHLY recommend Bill and Allstar Auto Glass in Addison! P.S. They do not charge for mobile service but you do have the option to bring your vehicle to one of their locations. Their warranty is great too!!

I would like to say the install was great, I have yet to see any issues with the sealing of the…read morewindshield. However, my issue is their integrity. When I went to pick up my truck after the install I was guided into their technician shop which is an open warehouse with all the lights off and two technicians sitting in their desks. They were kind of stand-offish and I didn't know why even after I asked them a couple questions about the sealing of a window. It wasn't until I got out of my truck and realized why. There was a 3inch cut in my drivers seat. I drove back to the shop to ask what happened and the technician "Todd" said that at separate times he, 1.) never gets into the vehicle to do any work, it's all done on the outside. 2.) Only leans into the vehicle. Which contradicts himself. 3.) He doesn't use any tools but a pen. 4.) That the leather seat was pretty worn out. (Even though I was pressing on other worn areas really hard and nothing was ripping). I would stay clear of this place unless you don't care about your car. Horrible customer service.

Was going to bring it to Infiniti to get it fully assessed and fixed but the dealerships outsource this type of thing and I wanted to be sure it was done properly. Scouted around the Northshore looking for someone with a stellar rep and Windshield Pros is who kept coming up as the best rated so I figured I'd give them a try (Lombard). I called and explained the issue and the office manager could not have been more helpful and accommodating (she's definitely a credit to their operation). They squeezed me in 1st thing in the morning next day at their shop and the owner (I believe) himself handled things (personable, friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and by all accounts truly trustworthy). He brought me into the shop to explain a few issues after assessment and was able to fix it without needing to replace all of the expensive pieces necessary. I was fully prepared to replace everything and get a new windshield and new trim pieces but after working his magic it turned out to be unnecessary for the time being. Honest, quite knowledgeable, and very good at what they do (also had an opportunity to meet a couple other techs and they were equally savvy, friendly, and obviously knew their trade). The price was more than fair, imho, and frankly I can't think of any reason why I would go anywhere else in the future for any of our 4 vehicles. Iirc, it was Bill Simek who I dealt with and I can't recommend them enough. Thank you, the Lombard front office, and the friendly techs I met.

I asked about the windshield glass they planned to install including the model and manufacturer because I had legitimate concerns about quality based on my research. I was told it was in stock, then a few minutes later told it wasn't. That inconsistency was concerning, but the dismissive attitude made it worse. An informed customer should be respected, not talked down to. He made it clear that questions weren't welcome. He clearly has a bad attitude and doesn't like to answer questions. I genuinely was going to proceed with them, but after the way he spoke to me it was unacceptable. I would never recommend them to anyone. For a business that claims, "As a local, family owned business, we put our customers first," the, truth is quite the opposite. Also, sort reviews by newest. You will notice there is little to nothing from 2026 and the past few months, which says a lot. Definitely disappointed and would not recommend.
