Called them today with a broken line to the work shop; they had an opening today and relayed the pricing per hour. The young man that came out was a worker, immediately understood the issue and went after it, broke out the serious equipment and found the first break. He then found the second and excavated both. After running to the supply store to pick up some gear, came back and finished the job. I don't think he took a lunch break, felt bad for that. He explained where he hooked it to the two panels and exactly what we have now and I am a happy customer. This was not the cheapest option but this was a knowledgable person who attacked the problem correctly, resolved it and ready to move on to the next. I respect companies and people that have the right work ethic and this is one of those companies as far as I can tell. Employ them with confidence. read more

I have been extremely pleased with the high level of customer service and follow up phone calls when it comes to working out complex and sometimes difficult scheduling situations. The electricians I have had working on various jobs have always been knowledgeable, capable and trustworthy. Their work ethic and pride in what they do is clear no matter how big or small the job is. Pro Electric was great. They recently coordinated with Pacific Power to fix our main line connection to our home which was very old and detaching from the home causing a hazard. They were quick to come out and assess and quote and the work was done quickly as well. The quoted price was reasonable for the work performed and the staff (Office, Owner, and Tech's) were all personable and polite. Will use again if needed. Had to call twice before they answered the phone. Once I got them on the phone the office lady said she would check with her techs to see when she could schedule me in, told me she'd call me back in a few minutes. Here we are 5 hours later and no call back about replacing my dryer outlet. Moving on! read more

I believe that all business that provide a service to their customers should receive payment after the work has been preformed. What I do not expect is receiving a bill for services not rendered. Just because a tech has to drive out to a customers resident just to tell that customer that their is nothing they can do and their will be no charge, then two weeks later you receive a $100.00 service charge for having the tech tell you he can not do anything is not fair to the customer. When I called to have the billed amount re-adjusted to cover their fuel only, I was told that it wouldn't matter what their charge was because I still wouldn't be happy. This isn't anyway to treat a customer. I do give some credit to the owner for taking away their no-service charge, but why argue with the customer. What happen to the days when the customer was always right. Next time ask for more information from your customers before making a service call your staff can not fulfill. Kindly. Rick V. read more

An overall excellent experience! Called about what I believed to be a serious problem with the home in OR. Their receptionist actually answered the phone, and was very professional and friendly. She referred my call on to Steve, who called me back within an hour and the crew came out the very same day! Steve was extremely helpful and knowledgable. He informed me about the problem and was able to come up with a simple and inexpensive solution. Not only that, but he helped me with a few other items and completed a comprehensive bid should I proceed with further remodeling. I will use them again, best electrician in town! This past weekend I shorted a wire which resulted in losing power to our well pump. After seeing that most electricians aren't open on weekends it was great to have Pro answer their phone. The electrician answering was polite, and explained weekend rates. He loaded up his truck, and was in my driveway within an hour. Unfortunately we lost confidence when he was unable to identify the problem in 2 hours. Though he did run a temporary line from the house to the pump so we could have water, and said a boss will come by in the next few days to find the problem, and restore the wiring which he left exposed. Sadly no one called Monday, or Tuesday so we started calling them. The ladies we spoke with were very nice, but could not get us an appointment. They said they would call if they got a cancellation. Wednesday they called to let us know the same electrician could come out, but we said no. We again reminded them that not only did he not find the problem, but he billed us 2 1/2 hours at $150 per hour, when he was only there less than 2 hours. They say billing includes travel time. On top of that he charged $46 for the wire he used for his temporary fix. I could go on, but what's the point. Today is Thursday. I called another company, and in fifteen minutes the problem was identified. read more
