Great service with awesome collection crew! We love that they bring our cans up to the house after emptying the trash. Also recycling is a must and they offer it bi-weekly. Make them your guys so much better then giant companies like waste management! read more

Literally awful. Had no idea that our bill was overdue because we never got a notice. We noticed on the day of our pickup that they never picked up. So we attempt to call about 6 or 7 times but kept being immediately put on hold with no answer. How do you expect us to pay our bill but your lazy employees can't even pick up the damn phone?? When we finally got someone to answer, we paid the full bill. This was still on the day of our pickup btw so we we're expecting them to come back and pick up our trash, but instead the employee tells us we have to wait another week. (she made us pay but won't give us service???) So next tuesday comes around and we OBVIOUSLY had a lot of trash because we still had last weeks trash. They left half of the trash and left a note that said (trash exceeds limits) like what the FUCK do you expect us to do??? We tried to call and complain but obviously there was no answer.... save your coins people read more

After several years with them I've finally cancelled in frustration. They say they bring the trash cans up to the house but it's hit or miss. They'll often leave them in the middle of the driveway, blocking the car. Today it was in the middle of my flower bed. They've also missed pickup days. After many calls to complain I've finally had it. read more

This company is as crooked as they come. There was a miscommunication on their end not specifically telling me I didn't cancel correctly according to them when I decided to use them and want me to pay for services for 3 months last year when I received NO service. Once I was over debating their ignorance, I canceled the service. NOW, they are sending me an invoice for the month of January which should have been covered in the year service that I initially paid for and they never mentioned that I didn't cancel correctly until they insisted I owed them more money. Send it to collections! i am not paying you another dime when I didn't even get a years service that I paid for upfront. DO NOT USE PRO Disposal. I will be letting the board here in my community know and putting a negative review on every site that I can. read more

Too bad I can't give zero stars. I have used this company for years with no problems until they were bought out by Waste Connections. Not only did they raise their prices substantially but now are cutting their services. They always had unlimited pickup which is what they touted to get you to sign up and they returned the containers to the garage door. How can they justify reducing the service you paid for instead of waiting until your renewal when you can make the decision whether or not to pay for the reduced service? It's like a steaming service saying you paid for HBO but we've decided not to give it to you anymore. I had occasion to call the company before all of these new issues occurred and could not get anyone to answer but was finally able to leave a voicemail. Someone called me back 2 days later. The representative said they have 48 hours to do call backs. I find that ridiculous and extremely poor customer service. The recording you get now when calling is they have high demand and may not be able to get your trash on your scheduled day so just leave it out by the curb. One would think that maybe they have also cut staffing levels in search of more profit. The letter said that these new changes would be effective on August 5, 2019. Apparently they don't have access to a calendar as the service cuts are already in effect (July). Their letter further states they are doing this after careful consideration and a difficult decision to support their efforts to reduce their "carbon footprint". Please don't insult my intelligence. They are doing it to increase the bottom line. I will help them reduce their carbon footprint at renewal time as I have no intention of staying with them. Terrible company now and it is a shame as I was completely satisfied before. read more

The pick-up people are very friendly, but they often miss pickups. When we call the company to complain, we get a complete runaround. They refuse to send their people back to do the pickup. The company management appears to have the attitude, "The customer is always wrong." read more

They didn't pick up our trash one week, called and they said we could wait until next week or pay $25 but wouldn't refund for this weeks non-pickup that we paid in ADVANCE. I asked to talk to a manager and she said that was their policy and wasn't very friendly about it. Payment was due the following Monday and I had just sent in the check, told them to cancel the service and send me the check back. manager said they hadn't received it yet, checked bank and it was cashed that day, called back and asked to talk to upper mgmt and no return call. Called again to cancel and was told I was paid for 3 months, told them to cancel as per our original notice and not come out next week. Yep, they came out again and no they didn't send me a refund. read more

If you love sending a trash company your money for weekly service and they only come to collect the trash every three weeks or so, this is the company for you. They don't even call when you call them the day before the scheduled pickup and ask them not to bypass you. read more

The collection crews have been very dependable and I have no complaints but their business practices/office staff leave a lot to be desired. I cancelled service on November 1, 2017 and am still waiting for them to figure out how to process that check. I have contacted them 11 times and get a different answer each time on what they are doing. Please keep this in mind if you are considering using their service. read more

This is the second week in a month they didn't get our trash. We pay a little extra for them to come up the driveway to get it. So they screwed up, again, and don't send a truck to fix their mistake. We have to let it sit and ferment until next Thursday. I'm sure the neighbors love us. All they offer is a credit for the week. I asked about cancelling and there is a $20 service fee that we would have to pay because they screwed up. I am going to look around for a new company. Sorry Pro Disposal. Your customer service is aweful. read more

We have had Pro Disposal for years now. They have always been prompt, polite and early. We are in a populated area perhaps that is why we haven't ever had the issues that others mention of being forgotten. read more

they started out great. loved how they brought the empty garbage cans up to the garage door. ...and then they must have gotten different crew on my route because they aren't doing it anymore. they roll my can to block my sidewalk, to behind the rear tire of an SUV parked on one side of the drive. better they leave it where I put it (behind the SUV on the curb) than block my being able to pull into my driveway! I have to leave my car running hanging into the street to go move it out of where I need to drive or park. I've complained a number of times but they don't care. I have pictures. When management gets a complaint, they need to follow the complainants' route to see if their workers are doing it to other customers or just one. I've been with them since I bought my house in early 2010, but I'm closing my account soon. There has to be better customer service out there. read more

We've used Pro Disposal for about 5 years. Trash collectors provided, in my opinion, an underappreciated service. The literally, clean up after us! They come to our homes, rain, snow, sleet, hail, heat and collect the smelly, filthy, disgusting things we discard. And Pro Disposal drivers do it with a smile and a wave while brining my cans up my driveway. They've never missed a day, okay, they've missed 1 day, yesterday and instead of being annoyed, I was truly concerned about our driver so I left a message to make sure they were okay. They called back promptly and explained they had truck trouble and couldn't get another out --- until this morning! And they came, right on time. We've used them all---and I mean them all. Pro Disposal is the only company I want coming to my house and the ONLY drivers, both trash and recycling, I've ever felt like tipping at Christmas! Oh, did I mention they wave? every time they bring the cans up, my four year old (who has loved them since he could stand and wave) waits patiently and they smile and wave! Love this company! Highly recommend them. Affordable (and I mean affordable,) friendly, and professional. read more

Had a billing issue and the called back and fixed it. Very helpful one I got to the right person will keep as my trash service

We live in Highlands Ranch and use them. You cant beat their price and service.

9/6/17 update: They picked up trash and recycling! All is right in the world.

For the most part they are a very good company, however the major problem is their change over in help! It seems that every other month they have a new man on our route, and they forget to stop and pick up our trash. In the past they had a young man that was more that helpful, and always willing to more than help. However for the last month or two their help leaves a lot to be desired, it took almost three days to get them back to pick up our trash. THEIR OFFICE HELP ARE NOT THAT HELPFULL, AND TAKE FOREVER TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR PROBLEMS. LETS HOPE THAT THEY CAN GET SOMEONE ON OUR ROUTE AND KEEP HIM, SO HE KNOWS WHAT TO DO AND DOES IT! I AM GIVING THEM FOUR STARS FOR THE PAST GOOD HELP, BUT THE NEW HELP LEAVES A LOT TO BE DESIRED! read more

They are reliable but every week they take the trash cans from beside the drive way up to the house but in the middle of the driveway. What a pain and I'm going to have to cancel if this last phone call doesn't help. read more

Had great trash service from Pro Disposal for 8 years. However, when I sold my house and moved I called and cancelled my account a month before my service was up for renewal. I indicated they should continue to pick up through the end of the month as a courtesy to the new home owner, since it was already paid. Three months later I received a voicemail indicating I had an outstanding invoice. I called back and left a message explaining that I had cancelled months ago, had not lived in the house the entire time, and if they had any questions to call me back. I did not receive any other messages. A month later I received a forwarded late notice indicating they would be seeking legal services if I did not submit payment. I still had not received the original invoice. I called again, someone picked up this time and I explained my situation, my account should have been cancelled 4 months ago. The CSR said they had no record of my original call and only a note that I had left a voicemail a month ago, but no record of any further communication. It was not their policy to call on late invoices, they just continued to mail invoice reminders. She assumed their call was in response to my voicemail, not the other way around. My account had already been sent to collections and all she could do to stop it would be to cancel my account today and receive payment for the three months they had provided service without being paid. I had paid 6 months to a year in advance for services for 8 years. I had moved and was not getting their invoice or late payment notifications. They continued to provide services without my request for three months, billed me for it, and then told me there was nothing they could do because they didn't have any record of my initial cancellation. This incident has completely soured an otherwise great experience and I would not recommend using Pro Disposal. read more

Great people with great service. Cancelled Waste Management and never looked back. Too bad they don't have service at my new house.

I called pro disposal to remove some 2x6 lumber that was removed from a deck I redid. They required that the lumber be cut into 4' lengths and provide a photo of the pieces. I did that. The photo clearly showed the pile of lumber with screws. After their review of the photo they provided me with a bid for removal. I accepted the bid and moved the pileto the front as they had requested. When the day came for pickup, they did not pick up the pile. Upon me calling them, they said they cannot pick up lumber with nails/screws in it. I asked why they didn't tell that to me originally. They apologized but still didn't pick up the boards with the nails/screws in it. They said it was for driver safety. I explained that I moved those boards with nails/screws without gloves from the deck, to the garage to the side of the house, cut them in 4 foot lengths for pickup and then moved them to the front of the house with the nails in the boards without a scratch. They offered to cut the bill for removal by $25. Since they had a picture of the pile with the screws clearly visible, I should have been told up front about the screws needing to be removed. In addition, when I paid for the removal, the receipt didn't have any explanation what my payment was for. read more

The communication with this company is terrible. In one conversation they will tell you one thing and then tell you something completely different. I've had difficulty getting my bill in the mail and then get phone calls for paying the bill late. When they call and leave messages they are unclear, it's hard to hear who they are and what they are calling about. I would not recommend them until they get way better customer service. They need better payment options as well. read more

Terrible service from ProDisposal. I had service from them for 4 months and had to call 3 different times because my trash eitehr wasn't being picked up, or they would only pick up a portion. I have had mixed service issues over the years it really comes down to the driver. If he has been good Ive had no problems, but Ive had other drivers leave stuff on ground, throw things around and finally told them to not bother taking cans anywhere just leave them where they are. However their customer service is by far the WORST ever, when Ive called to complain that I had not been picked up they basically tried to blame me.They used to have 4 customers in my small culdasac there down to just me as the others went to WM or the Garbage man strictly due to the bad customer service one more problem with them and they will have lost the whole street read more

We have never had a problem with Pro Disposal, and we have had them for almost 2 years now. The week of a holiday, they come a day later than usual for pickup (which is always good to remember). They are pretty good about leaving the cans near the garage, out of the way so we can still back up our vehicles. They charge for recycling, which was a bit of a let down. I haven't compared prices much, but they seem to be reasonable. If you pay for the whole year in advance, you get a month free. They never leave any trash behind, no matter the amount. Thanks Pro Disposal! read more

We have been with Pro Disposal for several years now, and can't be more pleased. I love this company and have truly appreciated their customer service, flexibility and pricing. I couldn't believe that when we accidentally missed the trash service when we first moved in, they actually called us and came back to pick it up! In today's world, any courteous gesture like that is rare. Anytime we have called they have been overly helpful and our trash cans are always emptied completely and neatly placed by the front of the house. This isn't an easy job so I commend all the employees for being so wonderful. I also commend the company for having such great morals, in a time that other corporations don't' feel it necessary. Support local! Support Pro Disposal! read more

Customer service in the office is horrible, better with drivers. Not polite nor logical nor do they intend to be. Queens who don't realize customers actually pay them, makes you think mob. I would pay yearly in advance. They give an imaginary credit for vacation hold that should extend the end date of my service for periods of time we are out of town. They will never add these credits (not money just time for service not received) back to the end of your paid period. This happened for 3 years. No credits for missed pickups. I pay in advance yearly by credit card and service ended yearly on the date they say payment is due regardless of vacation credits or missed payments. That is what you can reliably count on. They would never pickup an extra week even though I pay in advance for the entire year and don't even get the all of those pickups. They miss service pickups and either fuss and tell you its your fault or promise something. You must force them into a logical discussion but still feel frustrated then & when it never happens. Recycling is absolutely more frustrating than you can imagine. Missed 50%+ of scheduled pickups of the year I paid in advance. So bad had to take recycling to the free drop off most often. read more

ARE YOU KIDDING ME !!!!! I pay to have my trash, my trash , MY TRASH picked up. I only put out trash every other week and this week my trash can included a half dozen CARDBOARD BOXES with more CARDBOARD and paper in them, weighed nothing and the trash can was dumped and the boxes remained all day only to be rained on and left for ME !! This is not the first time I have been un happy but the first time to complain because its TOTALY REDICULOUS !!! TRASH, CARDBOARD TRASH, BEING DISCRIMINATED AGAINST, and not picked up. And by the way they leave your trash cans were they found them, its been many years since they put them at the top of the driveway, I have come home to find trash can lids lying on the side of the curb ran over and Yes the recycle is missed occasionally and you pay extra for it by the way. Yep, they started out great, with great practices that are no longer and haven't been practiced in a VERY LONG time. read more

I do not even know how to keep this one short. We started with Pro Disposal in November of 2016. My wife watched Pro Disposal 3 weeks in a row drive right by our home and never picked up our trash. We would constantly have to call and get them to come back. Sometimes they couldn't come back until the following week. Finally we spoke to someone with some common sense and made things right and credited us a month of service. We had no issues until this past month. We started doing landscape work. We bagged our yard waste for three weeks. The first two weeks the trash guys came and picked it up and no issues at all. I looked up their website and it said I was allowed up to 16 bags of yard waste. Further down it says trash limit is 40lbs per bag. We weighed our bags and it weights 30.4lbs. We filled all the bags to the same level, so give or take a pound. This past week they did not for whatever reason pick up our bags. However, they did take our trash cans. When I called to ask about this, they said the drivers said it weighed too much. I asked how do they know it weighed too much? They stated they could tell by looking at it. Hahaha. I told them I have a picture of the bag and how much it weighed. They then proceeded to tell me that I needed to read our welcome letter we received in the mail 6 months ago. Who really keeps that on file? All that information should be on their website and according to their website, I was more than correct. Between my wife and I on the phone on different occasions, we were told that we were wrong and they were right. They also told my wife that we were not allowed to cancel! Really...that kind of response makes me want to cancel and I did. Terrible customer service. If it was not a crime, I would of hauled the bags myself and put it right in front of their office doors. I was told that my refund check will be in the mail in three weeks. I have the date circled on my calendar. If not we will be having issues. I would recommend to stay away from AMATEUR Disposal....Sorry...Pro Disposal. I could go on and on about what was said over the phone by the customer service rep...however whoever is reading this, gets the point. read more

have been with pro disposal since they started. have some bags of broken drywall pieces that amount to about 3/4 of a sheet. this has not been picked up for 2 weeks as they have suddenly decided that is "construction debris" and want to charge more. wasn't an issue until now. looking for a better service. read more

I have had this company for like a year. The dreivers are AWESOME, but their billing sucks. I have had several issues with the billing and now it's been 45 days and they still owe me $58 for charges that were charged to my card and not providing the service. The only trouble I've had with the actual pick ups is the occasional trash in the streets. But I've had a horrific experience with their "customer service" folks trying to get a refund when I moved and had to cancel my service. In May 2015 I paid $151.80 for 1 year of trash service at my old house. In early January 2016 I called to cancel the remainder of the contract. I was told I would get a credit for my unused 4 months in the middle of February. It never came. I called on April 19th, 2016 to follow up. Jennifer (who answered the phone) told me the refund request never went in and that she would put it in now, I could expect a check in another 8-10 weeks and she couldn't tell me how much. I asked to speak to a manager and was told I would get a call back in the next day. On April 27th I received a BILL for $151.80 for the service at my old address from May 2015-April 2016 (which was already paid). By April 28th I still had no call from the manager so I called Jennifer again. She told me that ProDisposal is in the middle of switching banks and they have no access to send refunds for at least 2 more weeks, maybe more. There was nobody else I could speak with other than Jennifer. She refused to put me to a manager and when I asked who owns the company I was told "Karen Eden," which google seems to disagree with. I've now wasted a bunch of time trying to track down and get what is rightfully mine. And seriously...what company goes through a bank move process without having access to their own money for undisclosed amounts of time? read more

We have been customers of PD since they were a "small time" business. Originally we paid about $2 more than the competitors for service because PD offered the special touch of bringing trash cans to the top of driveway. But then years ago PD won the contract bid to be the main service in HR. Once they obtained the bid they discontinued bringing cans to top of driveway, without asking their original customers if they would like to opt out of the special service for a discount price. Then after that issue, we purchased a very nice large trash can and the driver broke it to the point it could not be used again. We have also had our trash completely missed on trash days. Trash cans have literally been tossed on their sides, laying in the street at times. Years ago, about 50% of our neighbors used PD, now there is only 3 of us, and as of today there are only 2 (we have cancelled). read more

This company really needs to figure out their "systems." They've apparently switched to a new system which I understand can have some glitches but when it involves the return of a deposit they really need to expedite things more quickly! I called to have them pick up my containers after cancelling their service due to POOR customer service (rude, rude, rude women in their call center) on 12/12; they said they would send a refund check out right away (containers were picked up promptly) and I called today and they have no record of having picked up my containers. Ridiculous! I have my waste management containers and certainly don't have room to have 4 containers sitting on the side of my house! Constantly disappointed and wouldn't recommend this company to anyone in Highlands Ranch even though they are supposed to be the "preferred" provider...I have a feeling that will change when HRCA reviews this year. read more
