Crush provides terrific service for a fair price. They even bring your cans up the driveway!

This company is above all others in the field. We've used them for several years and they've always performed with excellence. They have a website with all the info that you need including days off and general policies. You can have two cans and up to 4 bags for pickup which works great for us especially this time of year when the leaves are falling. They are always on time. I think they missed on perhaps two occasions in several years. They arrive pick up your garbage and usually bring the cans back up a bit on the driveway. And the pricing is very reasonable. We usually pay one year in advance and they notify you when it's time to renew. In one word they are reliable! I've heard complaints about other companies but very few about this one. They've grown in the last few years so you know they are popular in a field where many are dissatisfied. I've never found them to be rude or difficult to deal with and for us they are clearly the best that is out there. If they're taking new customers it's worthwhile to check into them. I was billed for services I never received and the company refused to provide proof of service. Emails were unsigned and rude, and my attempts to resolve the issue were completely ignored. I've been a loyal customer for years, and this experience was extremely unprofessional and frustrating. I've closed my account and do not recommend Crush Disposal. read more

Their service is terrible. They skip pickups and then lie about your cans not being out on time. People brag about them returning their cans from the street. They always leave mine in the middle of the driveway so I have to get out to move them to park. I'd rather just get them from the street on my own. They charge twice what the city does. We have been using Crush for a few years now. We have noticed the service has been getting worse (missed pick ups, leaving cans out -they claim they always bring them back up to the top of driveway). When I reached out about another missed pick up today, I received an extremely rude email in response stating they will not reimburse me for the missed pick up. I was shocked by how nasty they were and I now deeply regret recommending them to my neighbors. Best trash company around. I've had several other companies with no pick up, etc. The driver Pedro has been on our route since we started with the company. He's kind, says hello when he see's you out, and brings our cans to the garage. I then started having problems with my email in getting my payment reminders. Called CRUSH and talked with Lori. Lori went out of her way to check everything that may have interrupted me getting the emails. (Seems the problem may have been with my computer web block) We got things figured out and all is good. Neighbor of a Crush Disposal customer . . . The ignore the law and show up whenever they want. It is 6:14 am and they are emptying my neighbor's trash in a residential area. I have called them and it gets better for a while but they never fix it. I will never do any business with them - they have zero concern for anyone or even for following the law, I don't know about you but that convinces me they are likely shady in other areas too. This is the best waste disposal company that we've ever had. We all do it forget to take our trash out well this past week I did it and when I went to go put trash in my trashcan Friday evening, I noticed my trashcans were empty. after looking at my cameras, I realized they CRUSH came up next to my house grab my trash cans, emptied them and then put them back.. The customer service is poor. Our trash was left as well as my neighbors. Without fault my neighbor sets theirs out the night before and ours was out by 7am. The woman I spoke to said the driver marked both of our houses as not being out and they are unable to come by today. Understandable, however I asked for a credit and was told they don't give credits for trash not being set out. I suggested the driver missed us, because this has happened before but she was rude and determined to place me at fault. If they miss their pickup, they will put the burden on the client with restrictions that the clients are not even aware. They make you pay when they don't perform their service. Customer service doesn't try to rectify their errors. Whereas WM sends reminders and accept responsibilities when they are at fault. read more

These guys are great! They bring your trash cans back up the driveway after they empty your trash. Thus week, I had a disgusting trash can that was heavy and full of muddy water. They emptied it, no problem. My family and I have been using them for a couple of years. I would recommend Crush to anyone! read more

We hired crush after their fabulous reviews moving from Lakewood to Westminster. Everyone raved about them. They missed our first recycling pick up which was large because of the timeframe from when we moved in and when we had our first pick up. The lady who answered the phone originally to sign us up was very nice. Then they missed the first recycling pick up, and it was like pulling teeth to get it. They said that they would be by the next day. Then the next day. Then the next day. So each time I called I would get a different answer and the excuse was essentially they never should've told you that or we never heard back from the drivers. One woman in particular very unprofessional on the phone. That being said, that week of recycling finally did get picked up but I am convinced after looking at the cameras it was actually just thrown into a trash truck. Couple weeks go by, I think five or six, and they missed our recycling again yesterday you can see in the photos that it's a lot. I don't have a lot of room for this, don't have a lot of room to take on two more weeks worth of recycling. They offer a credit, but I have a credit from the last time that they didn't pick up so that doesn't do me any good So I called told them who I am, and they missed pick up again. She stated that the driver made a note that it wasn't out on time. Which is an absolute lie, it's on camera again that it was out the night before. And I told her as much. She said well we don't have the manpower to come get it. I think my head almost exploded so I canceled. I would not recommend them at all. read more

We have used Crush for years without an issue until yesterday. For some reason the driver decided our garbage receptacle was no longer in working condition and trashed it. This was our personal property and in fine working condition. We have still not heard back as to how they will resolve this. In the future if they think things need to be replaced then an email, knock at the door, phone call, or letter might be the more appropriate avenue. We would like to continue our service with Crush as they have been great up until now. We would also very much like a replacement receptacle. read more

The first time they were to pick up the trash, they missed my house three times, driving right past. Only after i called a and complained twice that day did they make a trip out. Two weeks later they got the trash, but left the recycling. After three days, it is still there, despite promises to come get it. They claimed the drivers were new. Apparently they also don't know how to use google. Fed up. After only three weeks. Avoid these guys like the plague. Their customer service is all talk, no action. After a while it isnt even talk, since they dont answer the phone or return calls . read more

In my experience the service from Crush Disposal has deteriorated significantly in the last few months. I use them for my rental properties because they had previously offered carry out service. It is a big pain to switch trash services but since they offered this we moved everything over and paid the cancellation fee for our old service and invested in new bins based on their promise to offer carry out service. Recently, they changed this offering for new properties but reassured me that our existing property would still receive carry out service. After we got complaints about overflowing trash I reached out to Crush to see why our service was interrupted. They advised me that without ANY notice they will no longer offer this (contrary to their previous reassurance) and will not come back to pick up the trash for the week missed even though we were not told they would no longer pick it up at the top of the driveway. Their only solution was an $8 credit they would not come back any sooner than the following week even if we brought the bins to the end of the driveway. We are now stuck paying over $100 for a different junk removal to come and remove the excess trash. I tried to handle this matter privately with them and they repeatedly told me there was nothing they could do and the owner would not speak to me. One of the valuable things of using a more local company is being able to reach the service team when issues arise. I had previously referred many of my clients to Crush due to the previously positive customer service. Given my recent experience, I recommend sticking with larger companies for cost savings. read more

We left Republic when the bill kept creeping upward, and then additional bills would come for $6 per bag not in a trash bin. We heard great things about Crush from neighbors, and pricing was half HALF then the other company, and you were not charged extra for additional bags to be picked up. We just sold our home and moved out of Colorado, but I recommend this company 100%! read more

I switched from one of the big collectors to Crush, and couldn't be happier. They provide better service than any company I've used before. Every week they carry my three cans back down the driveway and have something nice to say if I'm outside. Also, I did a bunch of tree trimming and had a very large pile of branches. Crush agreed to pick them up for a very small amount, and then I just made sure to give the driver a good tip. Great service, friendly people! read more

Total bait and switch. We were late paying our bill by a very short time frame, I think 2 days. I thought no big deal and paid. Our trash was missed due to being put on hold for late payment. I called and was told to pound sand and wait another week. I asked for a refund and was refused. I was treated quite poorly. An important note is Crush requires 3 month in advance with no refunds. I now know why. I highly suggest going with another company like Waste Connections. I used to work for them and we would regularly go back to a customer that paid even at the last minute or even after non service due to non payment. read more

Best trash company I've ever used...by far!

I haven't had an actual pickup yet, but I've been so impressed already that I wanted to share my experience since I know a lot of people are looking to make a change right now. I'll update my review once I've had a few pickups. Signed up today after terrible service from my old company, who I still haven't been able to cancel with because they keep hanging up on me after 15+ minutes on hold. By contrast, a real person at Crush answered the phone after three rings, and I was signed up in less than three minutes. They emailed me my first bill and a pickup schedule right away, and I was able to pay online. Plus I really like that I don't have to use the enormous rented trash cans like with other companies in the area. We're a two-person household and produce very little trash, and I don't want those huge bins taking up space in my garage. So far, so good! read more

Burned twice by Rose at Crush Disposal! First time they skipped my trash because of their own mistake and when I asked Rose to call me next time before skipping me she said that it was up to me to call her. So I cancelled service with them. After promising to do an extra pick up for skipping me, they never did that either. I have called and specifically asked for Rose to call me back. Nothing. Crush is definitely the best. The young man who picks up our trash is so considerate and kind. My husband has talk to him several times. Very hard working and friendly. Brings the trash cans up to the garage every single time. Quite often he is by himself both driving the truck and picking up the trash. Imagine how tired he is at the end of the day. I looked through all the reviews of Trash/Recycling pickup in Arvada and Crush Disposal seemed to crush the competition, so we switched from Prodisposal (which was bought out by Waste Connections). We had a horrible experience. I don't care if they bring the trash can back up to the front of the garage, I care about how I get treated when they skip my pickup and then claim I didn't pay. Great company! They are consistent, pick up all bits and return the can up the driveway. When I've encountered them, they're friendly. It's so nice to see them off the truck and not a big company who sits in the truck using a machanical arm, refusing to pick up trash if can isn't just so. I truly hope they grow and succeed. Best customer care. Never missed us. Had a glitch in the system and they thought we had not paid our bill but the serviceman talked to us about it and took our check (and our trash) on the spot.
