I sought out bids from 4 other competitors by email, and Justin was the only one that communicated back right away and reiterated exactly what I requested perfectly, to a tee! I didn't have to explain anything. Justin knew exactly what the volume would be and gave me a quote right away. Then, I called Paul to set up an appt time. Paul set me up with an appt within 2 days. AWESOMENESS!!! No fuss from these pros. No "have to come out to your house to look at what you have" bullshxx, like some of the other competitor. Justin & Paul gave me a fair quote for a 1/4 truck bed volume, showed up on time (actually a few minutes early), loaded up my stuff in their truck and was gone in less than 10 minutes. Can't say enough great things about Paul and Justin at Junk Be Gone. I reached out to them last minute for a move and not only were they able to fit me in, they were kind, pleasant, easy to work with and I could tell they actually wanted and appreciated my business, unlike some of the other companies I'd talked to. Not to mention their bid was highly competitive and and stayed straight forward once they arrived (again, in contrast to my experiences with other companies). I contacted Junk Be Gone via their website online form. I received a call from Paul the next day and scheduled with them to clean out the garage of a vacant rental property. I didn't even need to be there. Paul called me 10 minutes before my appointment window was set start, and let me know that my guesstimate on how much truck space would be needed was close, but probably slightly more than my guess and quoted me a price that included removal of an old TV as well. Less than an hour later, Paul sent me pictures of before and after, and took my payment over the phone. The job was done very well, the floors were. Paul and Justin are absolutely the best! I normally call them 2 to 3 times a year and they are on time, fast, gracious and I love them both tremendously. Once you use them, you will never go to another company. I used to use them when they were with another company, thank God they called me and told me they opened their own business. Paul and Justin did such a great job removing our hot tub we had them back again. This time it was large brush piles from a big yard clear out. We had bundled most, but not all of it and had branches, greenery, old flower pots and those other things you accumulate and want to be rid of in Spring. I also had them remove and haul off a very heavy plate glass desk top from a second floor room. Not only are they fast and efficient, but rather than gripe about the unbundled branches they thanked us for having bundled any of them. They have won our hauling business for life! read more

These guys beats 1800gotjunk and other local haul companies pricing wise by 50-60%. Paul and Justin are a great duo. They were on time, very friendly and I didn't have to schedule ahead 24 hour BS. They are very up to date with transactions. Whether cash or card they were ready while other had conditions with cash only for a one item that I had to haul also a $5 fee for card transaction. I made a few calls for to have a large TV removed - Junkman was my first call and Junk Be Gone was my second call. Both around the same price. I ended up calling Junk Be Gone back because (Paul) just had a great attitude over the phone (while I felt Junkman could care less if they had my business). Justin and Paul showed up same day within the time frame they told me they would be. They were both very pleasant & courteous. When they handed me my invoice - it was cheaper than the quote!! I was moving and had some old junk left in my garage (boxes, broken furniture, etc.). I also had some old wicker furniture that needed to be moved off the patio but wasps had set up a nest in one of the chairs. Paul and Justin not only offered to help move the junk out on short notice, but they also got rid of the wasp nest. Orkin was going to charge me $200 just for the nest! I call these guys yesterday and they setup a time to come by today and get rid of stuff on the side of house which had piled up over years. They arrive right on time, did a fantastic job, cleaned up the areas and only charged us the minimum amount we discussed. Easiest transaction ever! I asked for a quote on their website to remove an old couch. I had an estimate within a few hours.... and their quote was the best out of three. They scheduled the pickup within a few days (I wasn't in any hurry) and gave me a 1 Hour window. They called closer to pickup time to give me a closer time estimate within the 1 hour window!
