I've used ProDisposal since 2000. I occasionally check their competitions' prices and PD remains the least expensive. To those who say that PD has never made a special trip after a miss, I say it must just depend on where the driver is when we call. I've been told once that they couldn't get in contact with the driver, and twice that they came back and took my trash. If I'm late taking the trash out, I generally can wait a week for the next pick up, as I have several cans I can use. My only gripe with them regards the time I scheduled a large item pick up for two recliners. My husband decided he wanted to keep one of them after all, so they only picked up one recliner. My gripe? They wouldn't credit the charge back to my credit card. They made me keep my credit on account (in business), to be used either for a future large item pick up, or deducted from our next annual billing. I wasn't pleased because I had just renewed for a year. And when I checked my account after a few days to verify the credit was issued, it wasn't there. It ended up taking several calls and three months for it to show up. And then I felt like I was stuck with them if I actually wanted to change the next year. But, they continue to be the most affordable, so it ended up not being an issue. I would have given 5 stars if it hadn't been for the credit debacle. Otherwise, looking at reviews of PD and their competitors, they're just as good as anyone else, and in my case, have been pretty damn good for the 19 years we've used them. PS: my neighborhood gets a discount with PD (one month free), which is why (I think) they continue to remain the most affordable for me. read more

Hi- Dennis Ball. I am contacting you from Sterling Ranch. The last couple of weeks I have had Trash that has not gotten picked up. Not sure if this is Pro Disposal lazy drivers or protocol not to pick up all Trash and hope maybe the recycling driver picks it up. But paying for a service and not getting 100% complete is frustrating. Why don't you guys have an email. I tried called but after waiting for 23min online to talk to someone is a waste of my time. Why should I be wasting my time if your workers can't do 100% job. I should probably get $11 dollars back that's about half of hrs drivers work. I called the same days as the website says to do. Horrible service. Attached is a picture. Maybe this company should get their shit together and or retrain people!! read more

Pro-Disposal is the 3rd company I've had since I moved into my home in Littleton in 2001. I've had a few issues with pick-up and billing, some their fault and some mine. Nothing we couldn't get straightened out. Overall, the service is great and the guy that works our neighborhood is a credit to his company. Always brings the cans up the driveway and always says hi with a smile on his face-I'm not sure I could do that all the time considering the job he does. These guys have never left anything behind that I've put out on the curb and that can be a lot in the spring and fall seasons. For the people with issues-have you ever tried talking to your driver, do you even know his or her name. I bet the guy you work for knows your name. read more

I am writing this after having been skipped on my recycling service for 13 weeks. While the trash service has been without issue, I have called now 7 times to complain about being skipped in the recycling rotation. Each time I call the customer service is pleasant and seemingly helpful, however nothing comes from my complaints. My last complaint call (call #6), I was told the driver claimed my recycling wasn't out. This is not true as I have always put it out the night before in a very bright blue bin with a large and unmistakable "recycling" sticker on it. They filed what they call a dispute to that claim, but nothing ever came of it and I was skipped again the next week. Avoid. read more

Not a single pickup missed in years. We were given plenty of notice, but still accidentally paid our bill late. We called Pro Disposal when we noticed our trash was still out and Lindsey helped us out. She was very friendly and went way above and beyond expectations when she also called to have our driver come back through for us. We didn't even ask if she could do this for us. Plus, she called the drivers to confirm that they would also still pick up recycling too. P.S. I just learned today that each customer can put out 10 bags of yard trash (limit 40lbs) and 5 bundles of tree limbs (up to 4 ft long, tied up) per week. read more

I have used Pro Disposal for several years. I have had more than one individual picking up my garbage over this time. These guys have consistently done a great job. I have had a little, or a lot (a LOT!), and either way, there is nothing left behind; nothing. And yes, leaving the garbage can by my garage door is awesome. I am genuinely sorry that my HOA has gone with another carrier on behalf of my subdivision (we used to be able to select our own carrier). I will miss having these guys picking up my garbage - a thankless but exceedingly needful service. read more

Horrible company; reading the other reviews I see I'm not the only one that has had their trashed missed. Do you guys hiring illegals or morons or something, how difficult is it to pick up trash??!! PLENTY of other companies; what a bunch of idiots to not do the job when companies today have more competition and they should understand that people today, with the economy and having to save money, will not stand for crappy service. Wake up Pro Disposal to the social media that is the Internet and how you can get ripped for being a joke. read more

Not an option for negative stars here. Pro Disposal - prior to the its acquisition by Waste Connections in October 19 - was a wonderful company. Apparently when the the WC corporation took the reins, the company quickly went down in flames. If you want to see a long list of complaints - apparently well justified - look at the reviews for Waste Connections, which, absorbed Pro Disposal and Republic. Very sad because a once reputable company has been taken over and consumers are paying the price. read more

Shout out to one of your recycling drivers! I did not get his name in the rush. My doorbell rang this morning and woke me. It was your driver checking to make sure I had recycling to put out. Boy did we! He even helped me get it out. I had gotten company on the road early and inaccurately made an assumption there would be no service today. I greatly appreciate your driver double checking on us and our recycling needs!!! Message me if you are interested in our address to locate driver. read more

I've had Pro Disposal for my trash service for about 20 years, they used to be the best ever. It has gone downhill very quick recently since the merger or buyout, not sure which since communidationisn't real clear. I have tried to contact them regarding my service for a couple of weeks now. For the last two weeks my trash has not been picked up and I have had to find alternatives. The only way to contact them is by phone which is either busy or no one answer. Paying for NO SERVICE!! read more

We have used Pro Disposal for four years - they are terrific! The drivers go above and beyond what they promise, ALWAYS picking up any loose paper or trash that spills out of cans or the back of the truck, and have never hesitated to pick up branches that are properly cut and bundled. In addition, they have taken our cans and recycle bins back to the top of the drive every single week for four years. To top it off this is a local company! Tom H. Highlands Ranch read more

Our trash guy is the BEST! he always takes our trash cans to the front of the garage, never ever complains. Our recycle is ok, not close to being as good as the trash guy is. I have tipped him in the past to show my gratitude for all of his handwork, I so appreciate it. the ladies that I have talked to in the office are great to deal with as well. they are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them and there service. read more

I switch over to Pro Disposal late last year and for the first few months no problem. Recently, the yahoos have missed picking up my trash for the last two weeks. When I call and complain, I am told to just leave the trash out and they'll reschedule a pickup. The reschedule never happens. Pro Disposal is about 1/3 the price I was paying, but if the company cannot be depended on to pick up, then I will canx. read more

I've never had a better service before! Our Guy that helps us is AMAZING, I believe his name is Jose. Always willing to go an extra mile, ALWAYS! Sometimes if I forget to put the trash by the street, he goes to the garage and grabs it himself! Thank you!!!! And to top it of, he even left us a Christmas Card for us! How lovely! Thank you Guys you are the best! 15860 E Arkansas Dr read more

Have used Pro Disposal for a couple of years now. We flip houses and they are professional and are always there to accommodate us. I know this industry is not know for customer service. Try this company and enjoy great customer service for a change. By the way I thought I would mention I am no way connected to Pro Disposal other than being one of their satisfied customers. read more

Recently purchased by another company, they're no longer returning cans from the street. Likewise, ONE truck came today to gather both trash AND recycle. If I'm being charged for 2 separate services, then this is illegal. Let's assume this - the new company that purchased Pro Disposal can go suck it. BBB complaint #13759203 read more

this company SUCKS!!!!!! Keith is the worst manager EVER!!!!!!!! he is going to ruin this company. He needs to take a few courses in customer service, calling your customers liars and making them feel like a burden is not right. taking my business elsewhere!!!! c-ya read more

Disappointing - good service (drivers/pickup), but moved recently and got hit with a $20 charge to cancel service. I get a $20 charge if you go to another carrier, but that's just wrong when its out of your control. read more

We switched to pro disposal from waste management a year ago. We are extremely pleased. Our trash/recycle pickup has never been missed and we are paying far less than we were before. Keep up the good work. read more
