I can't believe I could possibly be 180 days past due for a prepaid service. I have paid with a prepaid credit card and a credit card with my husbands name that is automatically taken from his account every month. There's no chance I have not paid for service. They can't seem to match my payment to my address. I switched to another company; the time I have spent on the phone is far too much for the battle at hand. I hope they figure it out on their own someday because I'm returning the same lack of response as I got from them. No trash pickup due to 'Operational Delays', although the recycling truck did pick up the recycling on time. Their message of "we'll get it the following day" was a lie to get people off their backs. Can't leave a message after hours and there is apparently no way to contact them via their website. Horrible company they violate dept of transportation laws weekly. The drivers are way over worked and treated like machines. Your not supposed to be driving in neighborhoods after 7 and they have guys out there working past 10 and 11 numerous times. Your not supposed to work more then 12 hours driving and here they are working 17 hour plus shifts all the time and they gotta come back in the next day with maybe an hour or 2 of sleep at times which is so dangerous. We have had this as our personal trash service for a over a year now and are completely satisfied. We had a slight hiccup with their recycling service and understanding that it was not included but their customer service quickly cleared that up with just a quick phone call. They are always early on our pick-up day and always bring our cans up closer to our home which always helps on a windy day! read more

This used to be a great company until they changed ownership. Now they are horrible. Supposed to have trash pickup Thursdays. They pick up half the cans until they are tired of doing it then leave the remaining trash with a notice not to block trash, which it was not. They left the emptied cans IN THE STREET. Prior ownership would bring empty cans out of the way to the top of the driveway. I called and reached a message that they suddenly have high volume of pickups and may not get to my pickup until the next day. I left a message but received no return call. I emailed them and received no reply. Two days later no pickup so put the remaining trash back on the side of the house with flies pouring out of it. I will be switching companies after ten years with this one. read more

Horrible company with terrible customer service. Prices are too high and if you have an issue they have an attitude. Drivers are rude and everyone at the company acts like you are bothering them when you call and ask questions. They will treat you horrible as a customer. Better options in the area in terms of price and customer service. They will leave your trash cans and recycle bins in your yard, in front of your garage blocking the door and thrown in the middle of the street. We have been using Pro Disposal since they came to our neighborhood many years ago. They have always done a great job. We love the pro disposal people that pick up our trash and recycling. We have never ever had a problem with this company. With two exceptions. The drivers are wonderful, but the customer service is terrible. As long as you have no issues and never need to call the office, it's perfect. Call the office one time and your opinion of this company and any resulting reviews will drop to 1. The rep(s) answering the phone are belligerent and very very rude. I called once because they missed a pick up. I had the trash out that week a day early and yet they still tried to blame me and say I didn't put it out on time (Not true!). There are times when I have missed putting out my trash. I have never once called on those occasions asking for pick up. Now we are in the process of getting our home ready to sell and moving to another city. We asked if we could change our billing and we were told no. We have to continue paying for a full year. We were told when we sell and move, we would get the difference back. This is not acceptable and the rep was extremely rude ... as usual. So we ended up cancelling our service at the end of March and will go with someone else until we move. Too bad their lack of real customer service on the phone resulted in another 1 star review and a very long term account being cancelled. I have recommended this service to others on facebook and nextdoor as well as family and friends. I used Pro Disposal for 19 months. There were several weeks when I needed to call because our trash was not picked up. When I set up service I let them know I needed my cans to at least be pulled back onto the grass so they would not blow down our windy and busy hill onto the major street below. Lately my cans have been on their side in my street. Trash is frequently around the trash cans. I called to cancel my service and I was informed that there is a 20 DOLLAR ADMINISTRATIVE FEE TO CANCEL!! They are the only company I am aware of that bIlls 4 MONTHS IN ADVANCE, instead of 3. So they have had my money since I started before the month the bill is due. The statement only says to make sure "contact our office to discontinue service;otherwise, you will be responsible for future billing until service is cancelled." I was informed that it is clearly stated on the website, but you would think it would saysomething on the bill since that is a month's service fee. Oh wait, they raised their prices... almost a month. Also no senior discount like most others. read more

Used to love this company..... I had terrible service in the beginning and it took several phone calls to get the trash and recycle pick up figured out. I'm not sure what has happened(new driver? New management) but my trash "truck" I saw truck because my normal driver would not have sat in front of my house for 10 min looked at paperwork and then to just drive off. I called right away. 8 am lady said leave trash out ALL DAY. It will be picked up..... if not call in the morning and we will get it pick up and show it was missed... she said we NO LONGER can get ahold of dispatch or the drivers same day... WTF... why did I call to let you know so you all could get this figured out.. I pay you all for trash service. It's up to me to make sure I get my trash picked up. REALLY!!! My trash is out the night before. And when they came by today they DID NOT take my trash can up my drive way. That my friends is the real reason I stay with you all. I've been with Pro-Disposal for at least twelve or fifteen years and until recently they have been absolutely dependable and easy to deal with and I would have given them a five star rating. Over the last few weeks, however, there's been a drop in the quality of service. They missed our recycling pickup two weeks in a row and I had to call about it. Now the garbage guys have stopped returning our garbage can to the garage area which was a big selling point since my wife and I are getting up there in age and are less mobile. I'm far from feeling hopeless about the company but I do find myself wondering for the first time about their dependability. I wonder if they have assigned rookies to my address or if they are now simply over-extended. Either way I'm hoping the guys handling my route get it back together and resume their previously excellent service. read more

They make me so happy after using Waste Management that I want to leave cookies for them every trash day. No hidden fees, they take your empty trash cans back up to your house, and they managed to get through the construction in front of my house that Waste Management never could seem to (seriously, WM didn't pick up my recycling for 2 bloody months!). We call and leave a message and rarely get a call back or an answer to my question when I contact through Facebook Messenger. I've been with Prodisposal for more than a year for trash and recycle pick-up. They bring my trash cans to the top of my driveway and they always secure the lids. The price is very competitive. The customer service is good and my driver is so nice. They also have a high limit for the amount of trash they will take which is great in the summer and fall if you have a lot of lawn bags. I would recommend these guys to anyone. read more

Usually Pro Disposal is on point for taking care of the trash. In this case not so much. Chopped small branches into the container, maybe 2 ft in size (mind you these are Pro Disposal barrels, so they basically roll them up, hook them on to the arm and dump them, not like they have to lift anything). Because they are branches (again small chopped branches), no go. Not had an issue prior with small branches in the trash. Guess it boils down to whom the driver is for that day. Customer Service was not helpful, just a rehearsed message and a driver will be out at the next scheduled pick-up time. Some consistency would be nice. May start looking for different trash service. read more

Called repeatedly to get it resolved, and STILL they didn't manage to pick it up except 1 week out of 6. Finally got it picked up after calling and talking to the owner. Then they called and say the trash "hadn't been out for pickup the first trip" per the driver. WRONG! He managed to pick up the neighbor's trash the same day AFTER I set my trash out, so it WAS out for pickup. I saw and noted that as I set out my three bags and a can that morning after so many problems the previous weeks. Asked for a refund and was refused that also. I like to support small businesses, but can't in any way recommend this one. Sad to say that. read more

I've had pro-disposal for many years, and the service was reliable. I don't know what has changed, but they have missed my house 4 times in the past 2 months. Calling them is a hassle and you spend 20 mins or more on hold. The response has been that they blame me stating the driver told them the trash was not at the curb. I have video and have proven that the driver lied. I checked today and WM is actually cheaper. I will be switching service. read more

If you are going on vacation, be sure to call them before so they can credit your account. I've been a customer for two years now and was recently out of town for the whole month of February. Because they sent inaccurate calendars with their latest billing to me in Highlands Ranch I ended up missing my last two recycle days. They did call back and leave me a message advising that my pickup would be next week and the calendars they sent out were wrong and they would send out new ones. This is two weeks after the fact. I am now swimming in recycle materials and can't get anyone human to call me back or respond to my e-mail. Hard to believe they just want me to hold onto my trash for another week rather than take care of the problem. Forget about customer service when it comes to Pro Disposal. They pick through the recycling and leave the majority, Then the Trash guy leaves half the trash this 62 year old disabled man carried out to the curb and left neatly stacked, saying "he can't lift it". They no longer deserve to be rated. If I could give them no stars I would. For over 10 years they have been a great trash collector, however today they have disappointed greatly. Had nicely bundled branches and yard waste. The employee that showed up decided to only take household trash and not even all of it. Moved the piles of branches into the street and left the grass clippings and yard waste piled up nicely bagged. The company said they would not send the driver back out. Do not waste your money on this company their customer service is terrible and the trash collector that was here clearly does not like his job or care about customer satisfaction. I would've given Pro Disposal 3 stars except we recently received a message stating that from here on out only one 90-something-gallon can and three extra bags of trash will be accepted. I recently bought a 64-gallon cannot return it. I'm not going to waste $$ buying another can. Apparently, bundles are not allowed anymore either. So, all our household trash and yard refuse must fit into the 64-gallon can and three extra bags. (I'm assuming those 3 extra bags cannot be placed into another can, so looks like we'll be placing them on the ground for the neighborhood squirrels and raccoons to get into.) Considering their prices have been going up, this is unacceptable. In addition, they use to bring the cans back up to your house as an added service. That has been nixed. I honestly don't care about that "extra" but I do care that they've limited the pick-up amount to one can and three bags. read more

Pro Disposal is a joke and completely unprofessional. They charged me $90 for services I never received, and also neglected to provide service during the prior billing cycle that was prepaid as well. When I cancelled my service I was informed that I would only get a $70 refund instead of the full $90 I paid, they also told me I would receive a refund for services paid that I didn't receive from the previous billing cycle that I never received. When I finally did receive my refund, I only got $63.00 instead of the $70 I was told I would receive and didn't see any refund from the services they didn't provide me from the previous months. I switched over from waste management to Pro Disposal a couple of years ago. I had an incident with a driver last Thursday. He actually rang my doorbell and asked for me to come out side. My wife came out and tried to talk to him but he was extremely rude and confrontational. My daughter then went outside with my 16 month old grandson, and he was extremely rude and disrespectful. My daughter stated my dad is working and he is on a call. My dad stated here is $20 and he appreciates you. The driver gives back the $20 and demands $ 200. He screams get your father to come out here now. After my conference call I came out but he was gone. I called the office and spoke to Ashley, that was very empathic and compassionate. She stated that a manager will call me right away. I waited..... I called back Friday and spoke to Ashley again. She assured me that she sent an email because she could not called the manager since he was in the field? I waited again... I called backed 3 times on Saturday and left 3 voicemails and no call back again. My wife calls Monday and they again promised that a manager will call me. I waited one more time... another no call back. I just called back today and spoke with Ebony very non compassionate and dismissive of the underlying issue. She then tells me about pricing and how much I have to pay for the now extra garbage. I requested to speak to a manager, she stated that she will send a second request. When in actuality it's been more like 5 or 6 times. This company is unprofessional, unreliable rude and uncouth. They really do not care about their customers at all. During this pandemic the driver wanted to talk to me and he did not have a mask on and my wife and daughter felt threatened and uncomfortable with the driver aggressive behavior. He cared less about social distancing and respecting customers boundaries and property. In short I should give them negative stars. I will let my HOA know about this and have the board extract their business here from our neighborhood. Furthermore I will file a police report for the drivers actions. I used to have pro disposal and they were great! They guys on my route would even grab my can up by the house if I forgot to take it to the curb. The guys were so nice. And I don't remember having any problems with them Due to a move I ended up using garbage man and they suck so bad. They send out a recycle schedule & still don't pick it up. I've had to call their office a ton to have our stuff picked up, they tell you they'll call back with a date when it will be picked up, but they never call you back. And they never send a truck. They suck. Out of all the trash company's I've used in the Denver area for the past 15 years, pro disposal has been the best. read more

The trash guys speaks on their CELL PHONE and BROKE my trash container. Me and my wife deal with them for months. They REFUSED to fix or replace the broken container, got crushed in the mechanical Jar. Pro Disposal said we ACCEPTED the $13.95 CREDIT, we never did. Found out they took it out on the monthly payment, without AUTHORIZED. Called Pro Disposal again to find out . Bottom line is take the $13.95 credit, that is it. Pro Disposal container is $90. They said they will sell it to us for $50. WATCH OUT, IF THEY BRAKE YOUR TRASH, THEY GIVE YOU $14. BUT YOU WILL HAVE TO REPLACE IT FOR $50. - $90. Their trash pick up is good. But don't expect they to do anything after they made a mistake. read more

Literally awful. Had no idea that our bill was overdue because we never got a notice. We noticed on the day of our pickup that they never picked up. So we attempt to call about 6 or 7 times but kept being immediately put on hold with no answer. How do you expect us to pay our bill but your lazy employees can't even pick up the damn phone?? When we finally got someone to answer, we paid the full bill. This was still on the day of our pickup btw so we we're expecting them to come back and pick up our trash, but instead the employee tells us we have to wait another week. (she made us pay but won't give us service???) So next tuesday comes around and we OBVIOUSLY had a lot of trash because we still had last weeks trash. They left half of the trash and left a note that said (trash exceeds limits) like what the FUCK do you expect us to do???
