Ramiro is THE BEST. He was very honest with some of my expectations and questions and followed through with everything he committed to do. He explained the process as I was nervous about dry time for a party the next day. He took out the craziest stains that about two or three other companies couldn't take out. Can't say much about ProClean that other Yelpers haven't already said. We have 3 high quality tufted wool area rugs that needed cleaning. We considered renting a machine and doing the work ourselves. Having done this before I knew the amount of work involved and knowing now what Ramiro taught me I would have done it wrong. I Yelped carpet cleaning which showed great results for ProClean. Ramiro came over the same day I called him on his way back to his office at the end of the day. He checked my carpets and did one of the most admirable things I have seen for a while. I called the company number wanting to get an estimate to clean 3 rooms and a hall. That was Monday afternoon and Ramiro answered. I could tell he was driving. He pulled over to get my information. He realized he was a couple of blocks away from my house in Whittier. He came right over and gave us a quote we were happy with. He came out first thing Thursday morning and was done before 8:30. It looked and smelt great. When it dried, there was one small but noticeable spot in one of the rooms. I called him Friday morning to ask for advice about it.
