I hate to have to write a negative review, but am left with no choice since I have received no response. I originally requested through Yelp through Attic Aid, but my estimate and work was done by B Green Pro Attic. I assume they're doing business as both. We've been working with this company since November2023 (below is our interactions), and the problem we originally came in for has not been solved. 11/14/23 - ESTIMATE VISIT occurred :Estimate scheduled with Dan H from "Attic Aid" from Yelp. They came and provided a written estimate as B Green Pro Attic (Estimate 04108 and Estimate 04107). We accepted estimate 04108 and was invoiced and paid $3990 with three year warranty, which states "Service comes with 3 Years Warranty for the crawl space - if you hear or see any rodents returning we will come back." 11/27/23 - CONDUCTED VISIT: Clean, sprayed, traps sets, rodent proofed, and replaced ducts. We were very hopeful as they did do a good job. However, we gave them feedback many times that there was still a rodent in the original place reported upstairs. They came back and checked out traps or crawl space area, but didn't resolve the issue (12/9/23, 3/9/24) or no showed (3/2/24, 3/20/24). When they came on 3/23/24, they finally shared pictures of where there were rodents still making a mess, where the ducts were damaged, and where there was a hole, but never showed up on 4/18/24 or 4/26/24 to fix. They no showed in total 4 times! I made several calls and emails to follow up and they went MIA. We provided grace since they shared there was death in the on 4/26/24 with a promise to get back to us on/after 5/1/24, but they never did. I followed up again on 5/13/24 and 5/23/24. I have heard nothing so I had to start looking at other companies to finish the visit. We have beyond patient, and have held back posting this as we were giving them the benefit of the doubt, but now we have to pay more to have the work be finished. Rats moved into house while we were out of town for 2 weeks. Running across the kitchen counters , up in cupboards gnawing at broth boxes. Running under and behind cabinets. The crawl space and attic totally ruined with feces and urine soaked insulation I had a couple of rat abatement companies bid on the Work. i chose Pro Attic because of their responsive ness, their solution and their price. Dan Chen , their estimator , walked us through his proposed solution and gave us a very good itemized proposal. He brought in a crew of 4 guys who shop back the attic in the crawlspace. Then they decontaminated it and deodorized it then they used wire steel wool on foam to close up every entry of the roof rats I thought I'd found all entry points, but they found even more in the roof, where the rats had chewed through wood to get into the attic. They also found holes in foundation screens that I somehow missed. They guarantee their work for three years. These folks exceeded my expectations. He was prompt, professional, highly communicative and a honest during his initial inspection. They charged us $1600(for a small area) with a couple of years warranty. They left rodent catchers in our Attic, promising that they would show up every week for four consecutive weeks to check if there were activities in the attic or if a rodent got caught in the catchers they left. That's it, they took the money and disappeared. We have tried calling them a number of times, as we started hearing some noise in our Attic, but couldn't get in touch. The office manager took our call once and said that the manager would reach out to us. But that was also just a word to escape. Please stay away from this business They won't return your emails/messages either. Very disappointed. We waited long enough before posting this review, but I should have posted this earlier, that would have at least saved a few people. Stay away. Save your time and money. read more

I had my house rodent-proofed by this company 2 years ago, so when the rats showed up again, they were the first business I called. An AI attendant asked me what I wanted, and I said "Live agent" loud and clear. Then the AI kept asking me again what I wanted 3 times and I almost screamed "Live agent". She finally transferred me to another phone and a woman picked up. I told her about my situation, and she said she'd have someone call me back. No-one did. The next day, I went through that struggle with their AI again, that finally transferred me. The other side immediately dropped the call. They probably have my phone in the data base already, and just disconnected. OK, I thought, since they're local, I'll just go there. And I did, to the address shows here, on Yelp. I came there and I was told they're no longer at this address. And all I wanted to do, mind you, book some repeat business from them since they already had had work done on my house. Needless to say I'm disappointed and angry. Not the way to treat any business' customers. Stay away from them. I'm curious if their management would respond here. read more

I got a prompt response when I submitted my initial request via yelp. They were helpful they were prompt with setting it up and when I came the day for my appointment within 24 hours of my initial call Eddie showed up and he was very professional he knew what he was talking about he did a very thorough inspection of my home inside and out and determine where he felt the infiltration points were and address each one of them in detail with me. When we scheduled for the work to be done just a few short days later his crew was prompt and professional and besides the fact they left a little bit of dust and dirt, they were excellent and did a great job at addressing my Concerns and they have a one year guarantee. . read more

The "B" in ProAttic - BGreen stands for the "BEST"! We had a great experience with everyone at this company from the scheduler, to the estimator to the installers! We recently bought a house in Sonoma are found out the insulation in our crawlspaces needed to be removed AND that our heating ducts in a detached studio needed replacement. I got estimates for both from companies that specialized in insulation and from HVAC companies because no one would do both ... EXCEPT for ProAttic BGreen who took one look and said "we got this" and they did! And for less than the other companies were quoting me. I needed rat proofing, attic cleanup & exterior holes filled. I called Monday, Dan the owner of BGreen, showed up the next day to give me an estimate. He clearly knows what is needed to get rid of vermin from your house. Miriam, in the office, called me the afternoon before the work was to be done to confirm arrival time. The crew of Brandon, Davey & Walter showed up on time & worked hard all day to throw out the old, rat-poop infested insulation, vacuum & disinfect the attics of this old house. New R38 insulation laid on the ceilings is keeping my house much warmer in these ultra-cold mornings. These guys are amazing and I highly recommend this company for rodent problems!! I had an infestation at my house for a long time and I called Pro Attic to give me an estimate. They sent Dan to my house for inspection, he took photos of my attic and showed me the mess I had in my attic and explained to me the process that has to be done in order to get rid of the rats. A few days later the crew came to my house and in one day they removed my filthy insulation, they sprayed sanitation on my ceiling and patched all the points of entry and then they installed rat proof insulation in my attic. It has been a week since the project was done and everything is clean and quiet in my house and I'm so glad I chose Pro Attic. I'd highly recommended them for anyone with a rat problem! read more

I asked for an estimate for insulating the ductwork in the basement. Dan came out on time as requested and inspected the ductwork. His assessment was that the ductwork was essentially ok and needed some minor duct tape repairs that I could do on my own. Wow! Amazing service!!! We tried several companies/handyman to seal our property from rats. Dan came to my house and showed me pictures of rats droppings and chewed air ducts. He explained me that rodent chasing after smell of urine. My attic and my air ducts were contaminated. After I received few other quotes I decided to go forward with Pro Attic. Few days later Carmelo came with his crew to my house. They were very clean and professional and finished the work within a day. I hired Pro-Attic Systems to eliminate the rats that have been nesting in the crawlspace. They also cleaned out the air ducts and helped sanitize the house- there were 5 black bags of trash that had been left under the house. David, Adam, and Edwin were prompt, extremely polite, and wonderful to work with. They went above and beyond and informed me of 2 pipe leaking issues under the house that needed to be fixed. David was very informative about what he was doing and why and took the time to explain the process so I can set up a recurring schedule. 5 stars! B Green did a complete attic cleaning, removing all soiled insulation and replacing it, sealing the house against rodents. They also sealed all openings around the house at vents and pipes. They had a three year warranty on the work to keep the house rodent free. After 2 years and 11 months there was some renewed rodent activity. B Green came back to the house and sealed some additional potential openings on the roof. They took precautions to keep the house clean, were punctual and did a great job. read more

In November of last year we discovered that the infamous Norway Rat and their gang of stank friends had made a home in the unfinished part of our basement. We tried everything but eventually had to call for back up and boy did we get the right help when B Green got involved. From the first phone call, Miriam and the Team had everything you could want in a pest control company. The technicians were knowledgeable and professional. The multiple steps they took virtually eliminated our problem within a week or two. On the first visit they sealed all entry points, cleaned and disinfected the area, replaced ductwork and laid traps. After 2 weeks, they came out again, took all of the rats that were trapped and dead and re-disinfected the area. We have had to use the one year warranty sparingly just to check and I am really happy to say that our next check in is approaching and we have had zero rodents in the basement since our first visit. Recently during a home inspection, rats were discovered in our crawl space. I was able to schedule for Dan to come out the very next day to provide an estimate for the work that would be needed to resolve the problem. He offered 3 different options. We were then able to schedule the actual work for a day that fit into our schedule. The crew arrived early, immediately got to work, ensured covering over the carpet was in place to keep it clean, and completed the job very efficiently. It didn't even require a full day. They pulled out old plastic sheeting, cleaned and sanitized the soil, laid down new plastic and taped the seams and then closed up openings where the rats had found entry points. A home inspector had to return to finish the inspection and remarked what terrific work the crew did. He even asked for the name of the business. They did an excellent job! I had problem with my ducts I kept on hearing scratching sounds that were coming from my attic, this kept on getting louder so I contacted Pro attic via Yelp. Dan came to my house a day later to inspect the attic. He was friendly and proffesional, he took pics. He then showed me that the rats chewed up my air duct system, and the place was full of droppings. I hired him to clean and disinfect the attic. Couple days later Roberto came with his crew, they removed the contaminated insulation and rodent proofed my attic, in addition they repairs and clean my air ducts.
