I used to LOVE Mountain Valley Water. Delicious water delivered in glass bottles. I knew my delivery person and could text him with any questions. Now Primo has taken over and the customer service is nonexistent. I was on hold for over an hour. My water was promised twice and never delivered. I'm out of water. 9 empty bottles sit on my porch. I have had nothing short of a stellar experience with Privé Water. I finally made the switch from purchasing water cases at the store and I couldn't be happier. I just wanted to let you know this is a REAL genuine review and that I wanted to wait a bit before jumping the gun and giving them a great review right away( believe me it's been tough, they are so great). It's been about 9 months since I've been dealing with them, and it's safe to say I have a pretty good idea on how they do business and treat their customers. First off, the owner I think, King his name, flipping WONDERFUL! My first couple of deliveries came from him and it's just great ! Always on time, and whenever I had an issue, whether it be with the cooler , or with the bottle, he would remedy the issue right away!( +1 for customer service). Plus on occasion, I'd get free bottle here and there. Second, compared to other big name companies, their pricing is honestly pretty competitive, plus it makes me feel better knowing that I'm supporting and "mom and pop" company. Third, prior to subscribing to them, I used to reuse my same bottle and go refill it myself at whichever local water store I came across. Aside from being lazy to continue picking up the water myself, one day when I removed my bottle, I peaked in my cooler and noticed that there was green nasty MOSS growing in there ! A cooler that I've only had for about 2-3months ! So all this time I've been drinking moss water ! Which leads me to my point.. I read somewhere online that the local water shops don't really clean their filters or whatever , which is why the moss grow...well.. I've been with Privé for 9 months now and my cooler is still squeaky clean !! ( first cooler got replaced almost right away , probably a defect with that one, but I've been using my second cooler ever since with no issues !) All in all, great damn company . I've always liked supporting local businesses, and I'm glad we got our water service through Prive. Thankfully, they were expanding out to Orange County, so our location worked out just fine. Prive excels in their service and they are extremely responsive with any inquiries for refills. I found working with King a great experience - he was courteous, provided great service, and worked hard to deliver bottles on time. Water was of great and consistent quality, and billing was an easy issue to manage and track. Pricing is of similar range as other businesses, but I felt I got far more value from Prive than other companies. Another one in La Habra charged my card and delivered my water to the wrong unit in my apartment complex.
