HORRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT USE THEM!!!! I've been a customer for 5+ years now (due to lack of options in my area) and their service has steadily gotten worse over that time. Every 6 months they increase their costs. 5 gallon water went from $9.99 to 17.99 over this time. They charge for everything they can. When I returned my rented water cooler they charged me a $50 "reconditioning fee" and a fee to charge my credit card on top of that (as the final insult). My water delivery was rescheduled four times--without a single notification. I've been left without water for over three weeks. Every time I called customer service, they claimed I had no delivery scheduled. They'd reschedule it... and then it wouldn't get delivered. I'd call again, and once again--no record of any delivery. They told me the issue was due to the merger between Primo Water and Sparkletts. Let me be clear: your merger is not my problem. You should've planned better instead of sacrificing your customers in the process. I was a loyal Sparkletts customer for years and never had a single issue--until Primo took over. Since then, it's been nothing but delays, zero communication, and a clueless support team with no visibility into customer history or even their own system. Last week, I called and after being on hold for almost an hour, a rep came on and said they would not charge for me for delivery this month and promised to deliver a week ago; they said there was some change in ownership. But delivery never happened & I've had empty bottles on my balcony for pickup for a month. I just came to Yelp to not only leave this VERY NEGATIVE REVIEW but to also find a new water delivery service. There is no excuse for such shoddy service. This company is a scam. Since their 'merger', they've completed zero deliveries in the last 4 months. What's worse is that instead of admitting they are not set up to fulfill service at this time, they keep 'rescheduling' new deliveries that miraculously disappear on the day of without any explanation. Reps are blaming drivers and other reps. Only successful transaction has been their billing system, which is now reported as fraud and the better business bureau will hopefully step in soon. No definitely not! I got this service at Costco Norwalk. And have had nothing but problems with deliveries since we got it. We don't get it as a luxury item is a medical necessity we are an older couple and need it to be delivered. We have gone twice 30 days no water drivers marking deliveries customer refused or unable to deliver. We have shared our phone numbers and I work from home so there is no excuse NOT deliver the water. She we have a good driver we do show gratitude and tip them but it's a shame to say it's more complaints then we are sharing gratitude. If there was another service in the area I would definitely give them a try. read more

They give a very poor service in all areas. I'm very disappointed and frustrated with the service they had provided these past months....late delivery, lousy customer service (wait time takes 2+ hours) billing unnecessary late fees on invoice, and doesn't honor waiving delivery fees due to late delivery that happen more than twice. TERRIBLE! I ordered one ceramic crock and three 3-gallon each bottles of water for delivery to begin July 28. Three 3-gallon each bottles of water were delivered July 17; and when I spoke with the delivery driver to let him know I had ordered a ceramic crock dispenser also, I was advised that there were no ceramic crock dispersers available. So I emailed Primo Brands on July 17; received automated email response. On July 18, the $ pending charged for the crock and water order had disappeared from my bank account so I phoned and was advised that their records now show that NO crock had ever been ordered -- which is WRONG because I have the printed out original order from July 15 -- but that they also Cannot or Will Not pick up the bottles of water they delivered in error eleven days early! Constantly missing & rescheduling deliveries for the past month. No notifications...they just don't show up. The only way I know delivery date is "rescheduled" is by checking app. Website has been down for three days now. Have sent several messages with zero responses. GREEDY, DISHONEST COMPANY. Check your bank statements if you have automatic deductions! Ever since 2022 their service has been awful. No complaints prior . Now every single month there have been problems. Today was the last straw when I got a late fee. Why do I have a late fee if they automatically take my money out? That's when I started backtracking! They also charged me for deliveries I skipped! They also are supposed to come once a month, but when they gives you a delivery date....., they will come a week early to squeeze more deliveries in. THEY CHEAT! I got a HUGE amount credited to my account when I talked to customer service BECAUSE WHAT THEY DID IS ILLEGAL! They offered that money back QUICKLY too! They know what they are doing. Since they dont come on their scheduled delivery dates, I often had excess empty bottles. They used to offer Bottle pickup . Now if you want them to pick up your empty bottles on a day they aren't delivering , they charge you $9.99 .....EVEN IF ITS THEIR FAULT THE BOTTLES WEREN'T OUT BECAUSE THEY CAME A WEEK EARLY. They refused to comp the fee and told me to throw the bottles in the garbage. That's a huge part of the reason I have bottle service, I don't want the extra unnecessary plastic waste. Ready Refresh does not care. I have thrown away many plastic bottles over the last year because I don't have the space to store the empties and they refused to come on the scheduled day no matter how many times I called. They'd still come early. They also frequently have website issues so you CANT SKIP a delivery. Ready Refresh does absolutely everything to take your money. Be ready to watch your financial statements meticulously and stay on top of order dates or you will see them sneaking in 2 orders a month consistently. They want 20-24 orders a year , not 12. SNEAKY COMPANY. They were never like this before, but they are like this now. I have a year and a half of receipts. Whoever is in charge should be ashamed of themselves. read more

What a nightmare! Since Primo Brand has taken over Ready Refresh, everything is an absolute nightmare! I haven't had any water delivered in over a month. They keep pushing the delivery date and never show up. If you call, get ready to be on hold for over an hour. When you finally get an agent, they promise the delivery will happen but it doesn't. Then the same thing happens all over again, they keep pushing the delivery date forward. I have received Arrowhead Water delivered for over 30 years and never had problems until now. Whoever runs Primo needs to be fired! I looked into changing water companies but guess what? Primo is the Distributor for all the different waters. They have Sparkletts, Crystal Geiser and more. It's a monopoly, Primo controls the market. The government shouldn't allow this to happen. Competition is good for the marketplace. Since Primo has the entire market they don't care. Let's all close our accounts and force them out of business! If they don't have the infrastructure to service the Ready Refresh accounts why did they acquired them? Greed is something else! had a delivery scheduled today again a no show, this is 3rd delivery this has happened with since this merger, filed a BBB complaint at this point they have no answer when you call my front yard is loaded with 16 empty jugs and we have no water. the only help i get was they can give me 20.00 off my next 3 deliveries but i would have to get a delivery for that to work then was told they reach out to their dispatch to find out what happened, but they wont know for 24 hrs. meanwhile yesterday they were ready to cancel my delievery for 27.15 payment they tried to bill on 7/9 but is due 7/25 dont know what happened to this company but it might be time to cancel and warn anyone going to use this company to avoid at all costs read more

Ready refresh has been the worst service we've ever had and for anyone looking for a water provider, hopefully you won't make the same mistake I did and sign up with this awful company. I had issues with everything including deliveries that weren't completed, constant price increases, cheap rental equipment not working properly and all these issues began only 2 months in to the service. We canceled after about a year and we were charged a ridiculous refurbish fee of $50 for their water cooler that is not worth that much (extremely cheap looking compared to what we've had from sparklets with no fee's once we cancelled). Customer service was usually ok up until we began trying to cancel. We contacted the company 3 times until we were finally able to scheduled and equipment pick up but even then the request was ignored and more bottles were delivered instead of taken away. It took about 3 months of the equipment taking up space and just sitting in our home until they finally cancelled and their equipment was finally hauled away. Overall I would never recommend them to anyone and hopefully this review saves someone from making the same mistake we did and sign up for this terrible service. read more

Shockingly HORRIBLE customer service! Avoid at all costs. The water taste fine but I would rather drink out of a public water fountain than sign up with this company again. I always thought Nestle was a progressive, modern, fair company but this experience blows my mind.  I was heading out of town for a while and tried to login to "pause" my delivery of water bottles. They don't offer such a concept so I thought the water delivery guy would probably notice that I am not taking the water bottles inside to my house from my front porch. Well, he didn't use any common sense and I now have 24 five gallon bottles of water sitting on my front porch. It this isn't a signal to be burglarized, I am not sure what would be. Crazy! So, you can't cancel online either. I called them and was 47 minutes later, I spoke with a manager. She informed me that if was totally my fault and I could have canceled the service online. I went online to do this while she was berating me on the phone. I found the button that stated "cancel service" and hit it. A pop-up screen showed up that said call the 1-800 number that I had just called. They don't offer any chat either. So after explaining my situation to the manager, she said she would give me a credit for 8 bottles of water, around $65. I NEVER received this credit. I also explained to her that I was out of town for another month and having 24 bottles of water on my front porch was a signal to thieves to break into my house and to please have these picked up and I would pay for the cost. She assured me that this would happen. one month later and they are still there. PHOTO attached.   Apparently Nestle operates on a old school model of trapping the customer and making very hard to cancel service. News alert Nestle!! This model is NOT sustainable and you are losing customers like me on a daily basis.
