The last time he said, "It's too far to come to your house." Then when his business slowed down, it wasn't too far anymore, but just for a month. This is inconsistent and bad business for the long term. I am dissatisfied with Nava Spa Repair. It's important to have a business that shows loyalty to customers who have used their services for a decade or more. Rosialio has the wrong method of maintaining business by choosing only the most profitable jobs to work on regardless of who is calling. Shame on you, Rosalio!

Just to clarify, the grandkids of the original Johnson Pool folks are taking no responsibility for the damage. The grandkids took over the company in 2025 and appear to have made changes to the business model which resulted in the damage. Nobody from Johnson ever contacted me about the pool sweep or the plaster being ruined because they were charging me $200 per month and never opening the cover.
