During installation, a technician looked at the electricians working on site and asked "Do they speak English?" with an eye roll, which made both me and another adult present uncomfortable. It was unprofessional behavior in a customer's home. Because of that interaction and the overall confusion surrounding installation, I chose to cancel valet services and instead requested a one-time instructional visit so I could maintain the hot tub myself. That visit never happened. He was very knowledgeable about the product and suspected the cord was malfunctioning. He provided me the info to determine if it was covered under warranty. I then dealt with manufactures over the phone that wasn't much help. I then spoke with Tieryn at this Leslie pool store. She was very very helpful and great customer service. Bottom line is Eric and Tieryn assisted me in getting the warranty coverage and replace the product with no hassle. Their knowledge of the product and outstanding customer service is worth me doing this Yelp review (which I rarely ever do.
