Strap in, this is gonna be a good one. I brought my GT 63 AMG here to get PPF and window tinting done and I must say, bar none, the best experience I could possibly imagine one should have when shopping in this market. As a matter of fact, it's my first experience ever working with anyone in this industry and everything was so nicely taken care of that I believe it's really downhill from here if I was to use anyone else. Wesley, the owner is a top-tier man and his right hand man Jake is about the equivalent of Jarvis from Marvel in my mind. The fact these two men humored a shmuck like me and we all had a good time just goes to show this ain't just about business. Jake answered in explicit detail and humored every little niche/theoretical/hypothetical question that I could possibly think of and regularly kept up and updated me with anything in regards to the car in the process in which it was going through. My only regret was not meeting the man in person and thanking him personally. Wesley himself was a very charismatic, caring and approachable man that took me into his shop to show me around and got to see first hand the absolutely outrageous vehicles he gets to work on and take care of, which only brought a sense of security to me, and further increased his credibility in my eyes. But one thing, I specifically enjoyed working with the gentlemen in this shop was, having been in the service industry myself, you can just sense when people actually and really do give a shit about their work, and this is exactly what is presented here and was genuinely a big relief for me. I would also like to thank the window tinter's from the shop who, upon my own physical inspection of the car afterwards, quickly replaced a piece of film with out question when I asked if this certain piece of film was supposed to look like that and they said according to their standards that's a firm No, and was replaced within the hour and it is now 100% flawless. Wesley was very responsive and came out to my house quicker than expected. I got the $200 package that included a lot of great stuff but I told him I was more interested in getting the carpets cleaned and to put his efforts there. Which he did marvelously. The carpets (and smell) are totally clean. But as part of the floor detail I had a very specific request for him, which he was unable to do. He said he was going to come back and remedy the situation but that never ended up happening. I am not here to throw stones but I am just giving my honest feedback. He did what mostly what we wanted and needed a little extra care but that just didn't happen. *Update- Wesley was able to make arrangements and make sure that we were taken care of. This was my first time using Pristine Auto Detailing, and I definitely wanted to post a review of their excellent work! After a recent mishap with the fence staining we had done to our home I found that my Pearl White Lexus had been completely covered with oil-based fence stain overspray. I desperately reached out to Wes at Pristine who assured me that he would do his best to get it off, and he didn't disappoint! Wes painstakingly took 3 hours going over every inch of my cars paint by hand and was able to remove all of the stain restoring the car to a factory new shine. Got quotes for PPF, and Ceramic coating on a brand new car about a year ago, from a few different places around Austin, and ended up going with Pristine. While they may not be the "cheapest" you certainly get what you pay for. After a year I can say the quality of the full frontal PPF and full body Ceramic coating has made keeping my car clean and protected from all the road debris around Austin very easy. I also had the cars windows tinted which was worth it as well. Unlike the tinting I have had done on my other vehicles there have been no problems. read more
