Wesley and his team are the real deal. A few things: 1. The office and garage/shop are extremely clean and well kept. This was very nice to see since it hints at the level of care my vehicle would receive. 2. I was blown away when I walked into the back and saw my BMW after they were done with it. It looked like it was brand new and sitting on the show room floor. These guys really pay attention to the details. I could not have been happier and more satisfied with their work. 3. The quality of the work is obviously extremely important, but to me the quality of customer service is equally important and Wesley really gets that. I was blown away by the work they did on my car, but also by the level of service I personally received. They kept me updated throughout the process, sent me pictures and even a few videos during it all. Also, I didn't have a way of dropping off the vehicle or picking it up, so they drove me home when I dropped it off, and picked me up when it was ready. Brought in my new C8 to have a full XPEL PPF wrap done. The staff has been amazing to work with. Very easy process. Took the vehicle in, 6 day turn around. Came out with a mirrored shine. Had a few issues with the PPF install on the bumper but working with the staff they had no problem bringing me in for a bumper film replacement and let me know that if I had any issues I could return no problem. These guys did an awesome job on my Hyundai Elantra. I had some stains that frustrated me and I have tried to remove them myself. I decided to let the professionals do it and boy am I glad. The did a full detail and my car was like brand new. All the plastics look amazing, the carpets look great, and the stains were all removed. They were quick but efficient and they came to me. Wow! After my puppy scratched the side of my truck... I was pretty upset thinking I might need a new paint job. They were able to talk me down and get me on the schedule in the same week. They were able to buff out every scratch and had time to fully detail my truck. My 2017 F-150 probably hasn't looked this good since I bought it brand new. Wesley and team work miracles! My wife's car had gotten splashed by some wet road paint which was dry by the time we got home an realized it. They were able to remove the paint including the wheel wells and plastic trim without any damage. Wesley and team just did a detail/wash on my Acura RDX and because of their excellent work, I wanted to immediately write a review. A+ service! First off, their prices are VERY reasonable compared to their competitors. I called around to several places before I contacted Pristine, and no one could come close to the $80 packages they provided. Until now, I avoided a car detail and tried to do it myself, since most places wanted around $200! Secondly, the work was done quickly and thoroughly (and they come to your house, which is a big plus too). They arrived on time and immediately got to work vacuuming, etc. I have had the car for two years and it looks like it just drove off the car lot now. This is not easy considering I am not the neatest person and I have a 75lb golden retriever who regularly rides in the backseat. Wes did a fantastic job detailing our 13 year old car that we're prepping to sell to make way for a newer one. Over the years, the interior has taken a beating from our two little ones. Along with the standard share of cracker crumbs, random cereal pieces, and lost fruit snacks, he was able to remove a particularly nasty hunk of dried hardened candy that's been a permanent fixture on the leather. Wes was also meticulous with the rest of the interior (dashboard, trim, etc) as well as the exterior and the engine compartment. In total, he spent about 3 hours on it, which was still convenient for us since he was able to come to us on a Sunday. He even sent us a lot of good post-detail pictures since he knew we were planning to post it online to sell that day. read more

I am just so impressed with everything about this service. I originally decided to call Pristine, because the price was absolutely right. Then, as I'm on the phone, I find out that they're a mobile service, and they come to you. So, not only are they cheaper than pretty much all the competition, but they also make their service much more convenient than their competitors. At this point, I'm definitely in. So I schedule my appointment and anxiously await my car being all clean and pristine. On appointment day, Wesley and his partner arrived early, which set a great precedent for the service. It took them about an hour to finish the Basic Package. But, since they came to me, I didn't even notice the time pass as I was inside doing other things. (I can't emphasize enough how much I loved that.) He was very professional upon arrival and completion of the job ringing the doorbell each time. I got to look at the car prior to paying, and I was completely satisfied with the end product. The inside and outside were spotless, the windshield looked like it was fresh off the lot, the leather and Weathertech mats were like new, and of course, it smelled wonderful. For being the basic and cheapest package I was extremely impressed with the turnout. Another huge plus for me was the ability to tip on your card; no cash needed. Wesley and team are great! I got my new Audi S5 detailed with Ceramic Coating last week and they did an excellent job. Even on a white car, the glaze is very obvious and I can see that the paint will be well protected for years to come. Oh my gosh! Wesley & Co did an outstanding job on my 8-year old Camry with oxidizing paint - restoring it to like-new condition and making me feel like I was driving a brand new car again! I have occasionally used auto detailers before, but this group outdid themselves - going beyond what I asked them to do (including restoring a cloudy headlight). Wesley even drove me home after I dropped off my car. He clearly loves his business, knows it well, and is rightfully proud of the work they turn out. I had my car in at their new air-conditioned facility near 620/Anderson Mill Rd and I think the job was so well done, at least in part, because Wesley & his crew can work better in 'humane' conditions as opposed to 100-degree heat that many detailers have to endure. Based on Yelp reviews, I called Pristine to detail my car since we are getting ready to sell/trade it. The car was not terrible, but clearly needed thorough cleaning after 7+ years and 100,000 miles. Wesley was able to schedule me when I requested and even called to say he could be early to check it that earlier time would work. They showed up at the earlier scheduled time and did a fantastic job. The car looks so good, I could hardly believe my eyes! My wife came out and she was amazed at how good the car looked. The price was as agreed to when we scheduled the work, and when it came to paying by credit card, there were no hidden charges or added fees. I can't speak to the quality or value of the services this business provides, however; I suspect this business is a victim of their own success. Multiple calls, multiple scheduling issues and poor communications resulted in wasting a week of my time. It is very frustrating to want to pay for a service and be made to feel like your time has no value. I rearranged my schedule multiple times to accommodate Wesley and unfortunately, each appointment was broken. Perhaps this business should either hire more employees, or simply forgo servicing the general public and just stick with the dealerships and car lots that appear to be the "bread and butter" customers. read more
