I came in specifically because I wanted a hand wash and needed extra care taken around my emblems…read more-- I've had them broken at car washes before, so I made a point to ask before handing over my keys. The staff assured me they'd be careful and that it wouldn't be an issue. Unfortunately, the emblem was broken anyway. Now I'm looking at $100+ to replace it directly through Ford. That's not a small ask for something that was explicitly flagged and promised to be avoided. I don't think it was malicious, and the staff was friendly throughout. But when a customer flags a specific concern and gets a direct assurance, the expectation is that it gets communicated to whoever is doing the work. That handoff clearly didn't happen here. Hopefully this is useful feedback for the team. I'd just caution others with sensitive trim or emblems to keep that in mind before booking.

Jam did such an awesome job on my sons work van…read more I'm from Calif and was traveling to Texas to stay at my sons in TX and while there I wanted to surprise my son with a van detail. I chose Jam because they answered their phone and provided me pricing and availability on the spot. I can't tell you how many companies I reached out to before I found Jam and to this day no reply or call back. I have high expectations for customer service and Jam met those expectations. Jam showed up on a holiday weekend and jammed right into getting the job done. I'm so impressed. So happy. My son was shocked and impressed as well. What they did right : answered phone, put me on schedule, showed up, and did an excellent job. They made his van look brand new and it was a mess. Jam provided World Class Service from start to finish. Thank you!

Instead of just pointing me in the right direction, he personally called a locksmith for me and even called around to find the best price possible. His kindness, compassion, and willingness to help a complete stranger made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier. Exceptional customer service like this is hard to find these days. Jessie truly went above and beyond, and because of him, I'll absolutely be returning and recommending this car wash to my family and friends. Thank you, Jessie, for your outstanding kindness and professionalism!

The top brush still didn't clean the roof of my car super well, but all the other surfaces were clean. The teenager who did the initial scrubbing did a great job, especially considering how dirty my car was. It was super satisfying seeing all the dirt coming off!

Got a confirmation when I booked, and then a text that the tech was on the way about an hour before he arrived (and fully within the window they gave me). He pulled his truck up to the driveway, and I backed the car per his direction. He did a great job - super clean inside and out. Not a spot was missed. My only regret is that I parked under a tree, so I had some spots later on the windshield from that, but it was not his fault. I'd avoid doing that. It was pretty expensive, but it seems like all the detail services are. Not something I would do all the time, but for getting my car in great shape I'll definitely call 5 Star again.

However, I was reminded again why I don't go here anymore. The car was only about 70% vacuumed and there was water all over the exterior. I had to ask the hand-dryer gal for a rag to dry it myself. I also had to spend time picking all the lint, grass, etc out of the carpet before I dropped my my car off. I wish I would have seen this before I left but sadly I assumed they did their job.
