They emailed a friendly reminder a few days before, Jay and Josiah arrived at the exact time I was told I could expect them, they were polite, professional, honest and friendly. Although I asked for two deep cleans, after they looked at the condition of my units, they said only one needed the deep clean and the others only needed the basic. I appreciate their honesty and all I had to do was sign off that they completed the job. My invoice was emailed to me by Rochelle separately and I was able to charge it to my credit card. We've gone with this company twice for split AC installs. Every time, the same friendly girl, Rochelle, answers. If she is busy and unable to get to the phone just leave a message; she always calls back within minutes. She has smoothly set us up with appointments, documents, billing, etc. On both occasions Jay and Ed have come out to install our units. These two guys are the best! They are friendly, professional, experienced, and make such a great duo team. When installing our units, Jay immediately knows how best to place and run everything with just a couple looks at your house. They don't cut corners to just quickly install units and be done with the job. They choose the best way and pay attention to detail. Ed made sure to seal up all the gabs so no bugs can get in. He went up into our narrow hot attic and crawled around to run hoses. It looked like a pain crawling around up there, but he didn't appear bothered at all. Jason finally solved my 25-year-old problem after multiple new air conditioners later with one particular a/c not producing cold air. Loving the cold air...and on 81 degrees, too! Worst customer service possible. Threatened to charge us if we didn't take time off when repairman came. Showed up and dissembled unit. Told my wife that they didn't have the right parts. Keep in mind we had to wait a month for them to come out. Told my wife that they might be back later or the next day. My wife had to return to work so they said they would come back the next day forcing me to take the day off. Wife called in morning and they said they would try to come in afternoon. TRY? They never finished the job and they made it sound like we were hassling them. No communication until end of day when we finally get hold of them and they say they won't be out until the following day meaning I took off for nothing and they need one of us to take another day off work. Called to complain and agent deflected blame to distributor and said they thought I was going to be off anyway so they didn't prioritize completing our job. Horrible company. read more

We used Pristine Air to install Mitsubishi split air systems in house. The first time we just had a small unit in our master bedroom. It's very quiet and allowed us to sleep peacefully thru the night. Then we just recently had them ad 2 more Mitsubishi split air conditioners in our living room and kitchen. The units are fantastic. Cools nicely and still very quiet. Everyone at Pristine was courteous and skilled. Didn't have to wait long for installation. About 2 weeks. We beat the summer rush. read more

Fast appointment and great service from the office and the technician. We're talking scheduling appointments the same week (have to get used to that)! Had a routine A/C (split system) check done, recharged my system for a very reasonable cost for parts and labor. Tech also noticed the return vent in the attic was hanging and repaired that on a return visit. System recharge and vent repair have dramatically reduced my electric bill (wondered why I was still paying HECO so much when I have a 26 panel 7KW solar system). Bottom line, for less than $200 total cost for the two visits (system recharge, parts, and labor) I'm saving at least that much in just 2 months on my electric bill, as the A/C is now running efficiently like it's supposed to. I'm now running a surplus, 400kW in the last month, so now HECO can pay me back. Will definitely reschedule with Pristine for annual check-ups. Two thumbs way up! Mahalo Pristine! I called around 10 companies for servicing, but Pristine Air Conditioning was the only company that called me back to service my air conditioner. Jason called me back and apologized for taking so long to call back which was about 2 weeks. He explained to me that he is just returning calls in the order that they were received. Communication is a huge thing with me and kudo's to Rochelle in the admin office, as she's very responsive either via email and/or phone. I get an email reminder a few days before of my upcoming service and a follow up call the day before. Kudo's to A/C technician Jayrald who is very knowledgeable and was very thorough in cleaning our HVAC and ensuring the drain was cleared of gunk! He also made some minor adjustments to the drain outside of house so it doesn't clog up again. Our experience started with a call to Jason and scheduling an in home estimate for a complete new A/C unit install. Jason is a great guy and very comfortable to talk with. He listened to our needs, inspected our home and gave us great recommendations. He provided us with his estimate within days. We had questions along the way and he ALWAYS took our calls or emails and patiently answered all of our questions and concerns. When our install date arrived, Billy, (head installer) and his crew arrived earlier than expected! Billy and his crew were kind, courteous and very hard working.
