She's personable, warm, easy to talk to, and always takes her time explaining everything. The front office crew is just as amazing. You're greeted warmly from the moment you walk in, and the entire office has such a nice feel to it. The aesthetics are soft and welcoming, there's always a good playlist going in the background, and nothing about the experience feels like your typical doctor's office. I also appreciate how up to date everything is. Dr. Tabiza uses some of the latest eye care technology and equipment, and she actually walks you through what she's looking at instead of just doing the exam and sending you on your way. The comprehensive tests and machines used are top notch. She does different tests than what my former optometrists have done. Dr. Choi is knowledgeable and is very compassionate in what she does, and she knows how to pick out a frame and color to match your face. She picked a frame for me, but I wanted to try a few others. I ended up getting the frame she picked out. She was able to cut lens for my old frames as well, which was awesome! The staff were able to run me through the process, fees and I saw the Dr within 20 mins of arriving. The Dr was very helpful, welcoming and attentive. It's so heavy that it's not wearable (~50 grams with lens width at ~1 inch). I called and the staff told me it's because of the style and my prescription, and they offered to send the pair back to the lab to fix it. After waiting another 4 weeks, the glasses were "fixed", but weighted exactly the same. It appeared that nothing was done to it at all and it's so heavy that my $350+ sunglasses is useless. They told me that is nothing they can do about it, even though at the time of the previous visit I was told it would be worked on.
