Dr. Choi is the best with the loveliest personality! She really cares about the quality of care for her patients as well as the quality and durability of the glasses we wear. The comprehensive tests and machines used are top notch. She does different tests than what my former optometrists have done. Dr. Choi is knowledgeable and is very compassionate in what she does, and she knows how to pick out a frame and color to match your face. She picked a frame for me, but I wanted to try a few others. I ended up getting the frame she picked out. She was able to cut lens for my old frames as well, which was awesome! This office is very clean and gorgeous, and it has a great selection of frames to choose from. I love the brands they carry here. Dr.Choi is truly the best in her field. I was recently reminded of that because I just went on Medicare. I was forced to go to The HMO optician who did not have the state-of-the-art equipment that she uses and did not have the patience or the ability she has. I was told my eyes could only be corrected to 20/25. As a working photographer and cinematographer, that was not good news. Medicare be damned, I ask her for a second opinion. I revisited Eyes on PCH to get an updated Rx combined with bifocals to combine computer work and close distance reading. Dr. Choi was very thorough with my eye exam to see if my Rx had changed since last time (it had, subtly) and went through all the best options for me - I ended up getting full progressives for distance and close up as well as the 'computer' glasses. I had one of the best comprehensive eye exams ever. The office is clean and well lit. The eye doctor was very gentle and caring about me and my eye health. This was my first time having my eyes dilated and was given step by step instructions and I was completely satisfied with my results. I loved my experience with Dr. Jenn. She is a very knowledgeable optometrist and is very professional. Her personality is infectious and I know you will love her too! The office is beautiful and modern. She carries a wide range of frames for prescription glasses and sunglasses, which can suit almost anyone's preference or budget. If you are indecisive in picking frames like me, she is great at selecting the perfect frame for you. When I am in the area, she is my go to. I love my new frames from this office so much. And I did not know she can custom cut lens to fit any frame...I also had her cut prescription lens and put them into my old favorite sunglasses. This review is long overdue. I randomly came across this establishment while running errands before a big trip and decided to check it out. I spoke to Dr. Choi about a particular pair of Moscot frames. Fortunately, her office provides a lot of in-house services so all I had to wait for was the frames to arrive. She was able to add my prescription to the frames and I had my glasses in less than two weeks of first speaking with her. I also purchased custom clip-on sunglasses for my frames and she was able to replace the lenses same day. I have a tendency to be impulsive and particular with my purchases and these frames were no exception since I've been eyeing them for a few months. Dr. Choi was genuinely helpful, very accommodating, and exceeded any expectations I had with customer service. Dr. Choi is a God send! I couldn't be more grateful. This review is overdue but the friendliness, care, grace, thoroughness, expertise and compassion Dr. Choi displays is truly admirable. I found myself with pink eye on New Years Eve unfortunately and my regular eye doctor was closed early for the holiday. I called about 15 other offices and got voicemails everywhere. Then I got lucky enough to have this angel answer the phone at Eyes on PCH! It was already late in the afternoon and Dr. Choi offered to wait the 30 minutes it would take me to get to her location. If she hadn't waited for me I would've been suffering with no available treatment or medications for days. We were able to get my prescription drops filled within the time I left her office and arrived at my pharmacy. Once I arrived I was so impressed with the cleanliness of her location. From the ample parking to the amount of frames to the technology available I was totally blown away. There's even an In N Out in the same center. Can't go wrong.
