Wrong size windows were ordered, sliders were wrong color and manufactured incorrectly, screens were wrong size overlapping into the windows, window trims did not match, replacement sliders were manufactured backwards on second attempt install 2 weeks later and I had to beg them to provide correct sliders they wanted me to wait 2 more weeks. Zero apologies from anyone at US Window. I actually asked Stacy Elliot why no one has apologized and still didn't get an apology! STAY AWAY FROM this company!!!!

The…read moreconversation was positive and went well as they let me know that their doors now have a longer warranty and that they would apply it to mine since it was just over a year old. They scheduled a tech to come out a couple days later. He saw that the frame was off just a bit, suggesting that was more due to the original install than the door just sagging over time. Not only did he fix the frame from sagging, but he also used touch-up paint to fix the scratches. The door looks good now and seems to be working well. I appreciate Den Defenders making it right. We are back to enjoying our security screen door. Thank you, Den Defenders.

I later met Malake who facilitated the transaction. Malake was wonderful and put the whole package together and was very good at keeping me updated with changes that might occur. I called her on the weekend in the evening and she still answered my call. Absolutely awesome. We ran into a small issue with sizing on a couple of windows from the window manufacturer and 360 Windows simply offered an upgrade to those windows that had the issue at no extra cost. Talk about taking care of your customers. Lastly there was a small hiccup with the screen door that didn't make it into the shipment for my sliding glass door. 360 windows contacted the manufacturer of the windows and for whatever reason it was further delayed. Not any fault of 360. I spoke to Lauren on a few occasions regarding the screen and she decided it was taking too long to get the screen from the manufacturer and Lauren contacted a local vendor that manufactures screen doors and sent them out to build a custom screen door since the original vendor was having issues. Much appreciated!! Everyone I encountered at 360 Windows was awesome. They were patient with all my questions and friendly, responsive, explained everything and informed me of any changes. The install team were punctual and really on top of the job. I am very happy with my experience and highly recommend this company. Thank you all for a great experience. I needed a new garage door and opener and they had installed a new door for my son at his house. I gave them a call and scheduled an appointment for them to come out and measure my current door. Chris and Frank Jr. came out and they were very friendly and we discussed the job. In less than a week I had my beautiful new door and extremely quieter opener installed by Frank the father and his two sons, Chris and Frank Jr. They cleaned everything up afterwards and took away the old door. The price was good and the service was great! I highly recommend them.

Our salesperson, Patty, has always been quick with a quote and accurate. Unfortunately our last experience will be our last with them. First, after charging $300 delivery to bring the windows from Temecula to SD the Milgard drivers refused to deliver the windows to the place we had set aside to receive them near the point of installation. The windows are large and quite heavy. After realizing they were beyond our ability to move and install them we asked US Window if they could help us with the install. They refused citing a four month backlog in their service schedule and that the owner wouldn't approve it. We had to scramble to find an installer that would complete the job. The good news is we found Go Glass Pro who moved the windows to the point of installation and completed it in less than 3 hours with excellent attention to detail but no thanks to US Window and Door.
