I got my door installed the beginning of August and have given Den Defenders multiple attempts to…read moremake it right. My brand new door that I paid 4k for had a scratch by the door knob. They came out and painted it with a paint that did not match and wondered why I was not happy. They just say that is the way they do touch ups and I should be happy. If I were to do it again I would not go with Den Defenders because the sales guy said it would be custom and that is not what l experienced. The trim at the bottom you can see where it was cut and not painted and the threshold piece at the bottom that was $200 extra was cut poorly and not painted.

I recently had all of my windows replaced in my home with 360 Windows and Doors…read more I first met Zach at the showroom and he showed me some of the windows they offer and how they were made and took the time to answer and questions I had, and explained the differences between each of the window types. I later met Malake who facilitated the transaction. Malake was wonderful and put the whole package together and was very good at keeping me updated with changes that might occur. I called her on the weekend in the evening and she still answered my call. Absolutely awesome. We ran into a small issue with sizing on a couple of windows from the window manufacturer and 360 Windows simply offered an upgrade to those windows that had the issue at no extra cost. Talk about taking care of your customers. Lastly there was a small hiccup with the screen door that didn't make it into the shipment for my sliding glass door. 360 windows contacted the manufacturer of the windows and for whatever reason it was further delayed. Not any fault of 360. I spoke to Lauren on a few occasions regarding the screen and she decided it was taking too long to get the screen from the manufacturer and Lauren contacted a local vendor that manufactures screen doors and sent them out to build a custom screen door since the original vendor was having issues. Much appreciated!! Everyone I encountered at 360 Windows was awesome. They were patient with all my questions and friendly, responsive, explained everything and informed me of any changes. The install team were punctual and really on top of the job. I am very happy with my experience and highly recommend this company. Thank you all for a great experience. I had them come out and replace the screens all around my sunroom and the sliding door glass door to turn it into a catio. They put in stronger screens that would keep out coyotes because we have a lot of them around. I'm no longer worried about my kitty sitting in the window and looking out I can open the windows all the way now and I used to be able to open them up maybe an inch or two because I was worried that the regular screens that were in there would not hold either him wanting to get out or a coyote wanting to get in I had North County Screens come in to replace the old screens in my sunroom with strong ones that would keep out coyotes and keep my kitty in. Now, when he sits in the window, I don't have to worry about him finding his way out or a coyote finding their way in. They replaced all the old funky screens and the broken down screen in the sliding glass door. I now call the room "The Catio" or, "The Cat Condo". This company is owned by three brothers and I think I've met two out of the three and they're both delightful. Easy to be around. Very clear about what they can do, when they can do it and what it will cost. They measure and leave and come back in a week, maybe less, with the new screens all made up and ready to put in. The screens make such a difference in looks and safety. I recommended North County Screens to my neighbor who needed to replace hers and she was also very happy with the results. Today Dan came in and replaced four screens that he measured for last week. I wanted them in the front of my place that catches a breeze and gives me a view. Now I can open the windows all the way where before I would only open them up an inch or two in my worry about coyotes. They are just perfect. He put clips on the outside to make them even stronger. They also look so much better than the old screens. Before Dan left, I mentioned a problem that I had with the grates in my flooring in the hope that he could suggest a solution. My kitty would pull them up just for fun or if he wanted to hide in there. He's a very determined and clever cat. I had no idea how far in he could go, but I did know he could really hide and I couldn't find him or reach in there and get to him, so it was worrisome, not to mention creepy. He enjoyed going through the place and pulling up every single grate. Dan looked over the problem and decided he could fix it by drilling screws through the metal into the floor, which would attach them semi-permanently. It took him some time. He didn't charge me even though I offered. He attached 10 grates. I know he had better things to do with his time. The look on my cat's face when he realized he couldn't pull up the grate was classic. I can't say enough good things about this company and the caring guys that run it. I highly recommend them.

As you can see from the before and after photos, this turned into quite the project! What started as a very basic tank became a full turtle penthouse, complete with a large custom basking area above the aquarium. While we were working on it, I started calling around looking for help with a custom screen we needed to finish the enclosure. When I explained what we were building and who it was for, they offered to make the screen for us completely free of charge in exchange for an honest review. I didn't ask for a donation--they simply offered to help. That kind of generosity deserves to be recognized. The screen turned out perfectly and helped us finish a habitat that gives this very loved turtle so much more room to swim, bask, and live comfortably. It's easy to leave a review when something goes wrong, but I think it's just as important to recognize businesses that choose to do something kind for their community simply because they can. I was amazed at how quickly and neatly they replaced the steel rolling balls underneath the door and resealed one side. When they noticed the spring in the lock was broken, they replaced that in about ten minutes, and were willing to do it for free. They also showed me how to keep the track clean and lubricated.
