I've run a couple of businesses in the South Bay and have been coming here for 10 years in August…read more Guest service is always good, they are fast and I like to support local. Today they really screwed up. They messed up the first batch of printing, cost me $300, then said they would fix it and come back today. They again screwed up and the manager said he could print them again but would have to charge me another $300. So now I'm getting 60 menus for $600? Not sure why any reasonable person would think this is right. He said they misunderstood the second email and the onus was then on me. Pretty incredible. Would think you would make it right and not deny a customer that's been there so long. I'll never go back. Thought maybe it was a bad k Joke at first.
