Come here before shopping online or going to a department store! I guarantee that you will find the same exact items for a fraction of the price. I love how you get to save tons of money, and you don't have to assemble anything!! Win Win situation.. I mean, come on! I came here and was helped by Sky. She did a phenomenal job helping me find the perfect desk chair. I'm a full time student, and most students in my program student a minimum of 10-12 hours a day, so having a comfortable study space is a must! I've been researching online, and reading threads (r/officechairs) for almost 6 months, and steelcase leap v2 would always pop up, but I saw the price and thought 'NO WAY!' I never knew how expensive office chairs could be, but honestly, you don't have to pay full price when you there's this place nearby. I finally got the chair that I've always wanted and for a huge discount! Saving money is such a thrill for me read more

Bait and switch tactics. I was looking for some Steelcase Leap chairs on craigslist and they had a bunch of them posted on craigslist for $149. They also list their webpage on the ad. I went to their webpage and also found the chairs they were advertising. However, on their webpage they listed the chairs for $289. I was wondering why their craigslist ad and their webpage prices were different so I called their office phone number. I called in the morning and the operator had no idea why the prices were different, so she asked for my phone number and said she'd call me back after she talks to the warehouse manager. 8 hours later and no phone call, so I end up calling them back and again ask my original question as to why the prices are different. She says with the craigslist ad you need to purchase a minimum amount to receive the advertised prices. There was no indication as to a minimum purchase amount, so I asked them why and to look at the ad for clarification. Nowhere on the ad does it say there is a minimum purchase required. The operator told me to look at the line that said "# Available: 15" and said you need to purchase 15 to get the discount. To me and I'm sure to many others, that phrase would usually mean 15 is the amount of chairs they have available for sale, not a minimum purchase number to get the advertised price. It's obvious they just want you to drive all the way to their warehouse only to say the prices were not correct. I am going to upload a picture of the ad as proof that it does not list a min amount on their advertisement. read more

I have to say, Cheaper Office Solutions offered us a great deal on our recent order. It's what I'd like to call a blessing in disguise. It took me a long time to find the perfect match for what we needed. As the building custodian and associate minister of our church, I was looking for a place that would both meet our needs, and not compromise great value. We recently purchased a set of dividers for our newly renovated office space, and when I came to these guys, they delivered. Great service and great people, face to face and even over the phone. You don't find that in many places. For anyone who is looking for "Cheaper (by price, not quality) Office Solutions", I recommend these guys for sure. My company recently needed to clean up and partition our IT department. For years it was an open space with no privacy or sound absorption, but recent hires necessitated a change. Of course our Finance department tasked me with getting it done as quickly and cost-effectively as possible. Enter Cheaper Office Solutions. Yes, they're in a warehouse in Gardena... but just off the freeway, so it was a quick trip down to see their stock. I picked out a style and within two weeks I had four cubicles bought, delivered, and installed for less than 20% of what new cubicles would have cost. (And most new cubicles take 4-6 weeks+ for ordering and delivery.) Of course there's a bit of a trade-off. These are used items. They required some tidying, some touch-up. A few scratches here and there. I told the IT guys to imagine we bought them new a year ago, and they were on board. They're very happy with the cubicles, really like the style. I'm satisfied and will be going back to them first with any future needs. If you're looking for a cost-effective used office furniture solution, give them a call. read more

This place is absolutely awesome. People were great, products were great! I'll definitely be back and spreading the word about it!

This place was amazing!! They gave so many helpful recommendations as to how we should set up our office. I loved that they kept telling us "You come to us with the problem, we will find the solution". We thought we knew what we were looking for as far as office furniture but they gave us recommendations that were WAY better than what we thought! We are so grateful we found this place! Noreen, JP and Selena were extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable!! We went to different office furniture places but none of them helped us or guided us they way they did here. I highly recommend them. read more

I am writing a review for Cheaper Office Solutions to tell you what a wonderful experience I had working with their team. JP returned my first call within 10 minutes. He was an excellent listener in terms of understanding exactly what I was looking for. (My job was not tremendous as it was 5 pre-owned workstations, a pre-owned conference table and 9 chairs.) JP spent about 45 minutes on the phone with me sending me pictures of the workstations that he believed would meet my needs. He has a tremendous selection! I sent him the space-plan and he sent me back 3 different space plans showing how the furniture would look and fit in my space. Once I selected my furnitureJP gave me the options to see what height I actually wanted once they came to install the workstations They came and installed the furniture exactly on the date promised. The installation team was top notch! They were detailed oriented and also a pleasure to work with I have to also state that the office manage. Noreen is just so nice and professional to work with. She is very detailed oriented and responsive. I have not mentioned their pricing yet so let me tell you it was excellent. Terrific pricing for outstanding pre-owned furniture. My advice is don't look any further Cheaper Office Solutions will ensure that you are completely satisfied. Regards Hank read more

We found them through our web search. We are in orange county and few used furniture suppliers are also here. I visited all of them and the choices offered by Cheaper Office Solutions was beyond match by other suppliers. When we visited them we got full attention of their Sales Person Salina. Salina offered few options and right in front of us draw out the 3D and 2D drawing to show how the cubicles will look in our office. They worked with us on different layouts and then ultimately price. Noreen, their manager worked with us on the delivery and installation dates and their crew came right on time. Installation team was also very knowledgeable and perfectly installed the cubicles. We had wonderful experience dealing with Cheaper Office Solutions.... Now if I move or upgrade our office, I will use them again and again. read more

Thank you Cheaper Office for another GREAT installation. My clients are trilled and if they are happy so am I. The product is stellar, the crews are professional, they know how the product goes together and everyone is pleased with the overall experience. We have purchased and had installed three work station projects over the last twelve months. A four station in Century City, a three station in Los Angeles and a twenty-one station project in the warehouse district in LA. All went in without a problem, the end users were happy and if my clients are happy my life is so much easier. We have used Cheaper Office as our only source for second generation systems furniture, files and task seating for what seems like forever. There are never any major problems. The paper work is correct, the crews clean and knowledgeable and the end product perfect. We can rest assured that what Cheaper Office Solutions proposes is what is installed. read more

We have used Cheaper Office on multiple occasions and they are top notch! JP is super speedy and responsive and very knowledgeable about any type of office furniture. Whenever I need pre-owned cubicles, file cabinets, chairs, etc. I call Cheaper Office Solutions, JP, the owner, comes out and assess the space and our needs, works up a 3-D floor plan with pricing. It's that simple. He offers suggestions and has lots of inventory. When I need file cabinets or chairs I call Noreen, the Office Manager, and she can tell me what they have in stock, or she can also place an order for NEW furniture. The installation crews they send out to set-up the cubicles are professional, prepared, and ready to work and complete the jobs within a few hours Cheaper Office Solutions has always provided excellent customer service. You can't beat their prices for what you get, pre-owned, quality office furniture (HON, Steelcase, Herman Miller, Knoll, Haworth, etc.). I highly recommend Cheaper Office Solutions for any of your office needs. read more

Don't like their service. Cubicle looks new but only last for months then they break down.

Rudest people ever! I walked in on JP and the little Asian lady arguing. They obviously didn't care. Hello there's customers! A short moment after he's yelling at the office staff. The music is always to loud, the girl sitting up at the front was on her phone the entire time I was there, while the other girls asked for assistance. They don't have much, most of the products being advertised are sold out. The lovely lady assisting me tried her best, she did inform me she was fairly new. She had JP assist her. What a horrible experience, he doesn't let you get a word in, asks questions but doesn't give you the opportunity to answer. Very rude he kept cutting me off. He wanted to sell me what he wanted not what I needed or wanted. After this horrible experience I took the drive over to sourcemasterllc.com they listened and gave me what I needed, wanted and more. 5 stars for Source Master, 0 for you. read more

This is the second time I have used Cheaper office Solutions and I have both times been extremely pleased. JP gets it, when he quickly assess your area and then sends his recommendations. He is prompt, articulate, and professional. But to top it off the quality of the product is great as well. He had to do an entire set up for a sales office of about 14 people and litterly made everyone fit and have plenty of area and desk space. This weekend he did 3 offices for us and the de installation and installation was difficult as the desks were huge, but they did it and did not scratch or damage any walls or furniture. The workers were polite, knowledgable, had all of the right tools, and worked quickly and gently at the same time. Which by the way, when have you ever heard that! The company is also flexible in helping you select your furniture they do not give up on you even when you change your mind more than 3 times. Which is what I did. They are the best and I intent to get their service on phase 2 or our office remodel Super happy with their work. read more

Starting a brand new office is an arduous task with so much to have to plan and budget for. Office furniture is definitely not our forte but Diana was extremely helpful from the process start to finish. They have a showroom and endless samples. We found the exact wood type to build the desks we had been thinking of. That same day we stopped by, the owner JP, even came to our shell of an office and walked through the space and helped us to figure out what exactly we needed and what could fit. He even got us a projector and a few other equipement pieces for extremely cheap. I know for our next upgrade or office, we are definitely coming back to these guys. read more

They just finished installing our furniture and it looks great! These guys pay attention to detail and were very responsive anytime we had a question or concern. JP (I think he is the owner) was awesome. He was very personable and came up with a great space plan that looked professional. The whole team guided us to make the best choices for our company. We saved thousands of dollars and most of it looks brand new. They made it so easy. Noreen, who handles the office and scheduling was down to earth, to the point and very efficient. Loved it! The move went like clockwork. If you need great office furniture at a great price with top-notch service then this is the place. I would give them 6 stars if I could. read more

I just recently moved and was looking to stock my office and my home office but didnt' want to pay high prices as I don't have any retail business, so decided to save some money. I found them on Craigslist and decided to go check them out. 1st. they are almost impossible to find, they are tuck away in the very back of some industrial park, cheap faded sign is easily missed. I finally find parking (which is "park wherever you can find a spot) since they don't have real parking. I walk in and there were 4 people in the office, they all look up, look at me and then go back to doing what they were doing. Finally, a gal comes up and I explain my situation, she makes me fill out a form and then proceed to take me to the back. All the furniture are way over priced. they are dirty, cheap 80's furniture. You can almost buy brand new stuff with the prices they are charging. I rather pay $10-20 more for brand new stuff then these junk yard stuff.......btw, they sell brand new stuff as well, but you need to pre-order them and pay extra......NO THANKS read more

Excellent Service all around, Great Pricing. And The team including JP the owner were a pleasure to deal with. Very efficient and JP, Noreen and staff were great . Used furniture in good condition and installation was completed and on-time.

I have purchased from Cheaper Office Solutions on several occasions. Furniture is usually in very good condition and they are willing to accommodate for special requirements in an office space. I always buy 42" high cubicles and they typically have them for me. Worked with JP and Diana both very helpful in quotations of product and if they do not know the answer right away always get back to me in a timely manner with a fairly specific answer. I am currently redesigning my entire office and found Cheaper Office Solutions online. I visited their warehouse in Gardena, and worked directly with Lance. After discussing my needs, and the space I was working with, I fell in love with a number of furniture items, but, I was unsure about space, so Lance offered to come out to my office to ensure what I wanted would work out with the space that I had. He came out to my office that same day, which was INCREDIBLY helpful as I was working with a very tight timeline. Needless to say, my entire experience in picking out furniture, and staying within budget, has been nothing but pleasant, and I couldn't have done it without Lance's support. I cannot wait to see my office after the installation next Tuesday! read more
