I love how you get to save tons of money, and you don't have to assemble anything!! Win Win situation.. I mean, come on! I came here and was helped by Sky. She did a phenomenal job helping me find the perfect desk chair. I'm a full time student, and most students in my program student a minimum of 10-12 hours a day, so having a comfortable study space is a must! I've been researching online, and reading threads (r/officechairs) for almost 6 months, and steelcase leap v2 would always pop up, but I saw the price and thought 'NO WAY!' I never knew how expensive office chairs could be, but honestly, you don't have to pay full price when you there's this place nearby. I finally got the chair that I've always wanted and for a huge discount! Saving money is such a thrill for me

I went to their webpage and also found the chairs they were advertising. However, on their webpage they listed the chairs for $289. I was wondering why their craigslist ad and their webpage prices were different so I called their office phone number. I called in the morning and the operator had no idea why the prices were different, so she asked for my phone number and said she'd call me back after she talks to the warehouse manager. 8 hours later and no phone call, so I end up calling them back and again ask my original question as to why the prices are different. She says with the craigslist ad you need to purchase a minimum amount to receive the advertised prices. There was no indication as to a minimum purchase amount, so I asked them why and to look at the ad for clarification. Nowhere on the ad does it say there is a minimum purchase required. The operator told me to look at the line that said "# Available: 15" and said you need to purchase 15 to get the discount. To me and I'm sure to many others, that phrase would usually mean 15 is the amount of chairs they have available for sale, not a minimum purchase number to get the advertised price. It's obvious they just want you to drive all the way to their warehouse only to say the prices were not correct. I am going to upload a picture of the ad as proof that it does not list a min amount on their advertisement.

Our corporate office leased several Ricoh Copiers & Printers from CBE Gardena Office this year. Before that we had so many Epson desktop printers all over our office and those printers cartridges were very expensive and they were constantly breaking down. Those printers were giving me so much headaches and pain! Our sales representative, Mac Sakai from CBE, has proven himself to be a remarkably responsible, personable and knowledgable professional. His knowledge of Ricoh's products and services made it easier for our company to make decision and choose the right copier for our needs at the most reasonable price possible. He was easy to work with during the purchase process as well as after when we had specific questions about the product and the service contract we purchased. After the sale, he follows up with us so very often even though our new copiers are running perfectly. Also, CBE Company's service techs we dealt with were all responsible and knowledgable professionals. Their service response time has been great. I am confident to recommend Mac and his CBE company to any business organization who likes to reduce the operational costs while upgrading to a newer reliable, most advanced-technology Color copier and printer. We are very happy with CBE. read more

CBE Office Solutions provided our non-profit with excellent care and support. Our old printer broke and we were in dire need of a new one. Our Sales man extraordinaire Mr. Todd Milligan was excellent and knowledgeable. He provided us with quotes for machines that best fit the needs of our non-profit, including making it accessible for our wheelchair users. Mr. Milligan has been nothing but attentive in providing us with support throughout the installation, training, and beyond. Their entire office staff is professional, quick, caring and approachable. They are quick to deliver materials and are always checking in to make sure that there aren't any problems with the machine. They also took our old machine for it to be recycled. We highly recommend CBE to anyone thinking of getting a new device. The service we have received has been very professional. Thank you Todd and CBE for making the process of purchasing a new machine not as lengthy and inconvenient. read more

These guys are great. Todd and Bill helped me develop a plan for the printers and copiers we needed to replace our aging fleet and we arrived at competitive pricing for the equipment and service. I had researched their service reputation and depth of the organization beforehand and it showed excellent results. The actual results for our organization have even exceeded my expectations in attention to all details. They know how to take care of their customers in every department of their organization. I have no hesitation in recommending them as a great choice for purchase of office equipment and the service after the sale to keep your organization productive. They are also very pleasant and professional people to work with, which is the icing on the cake. read more

CBE was excellent to work with! Joe was wonderful sharing all the options for the copiers CBE offers and found something that works within our budget (and with our printing needs - we print A LOT). Set-up and installation was seamless, the guys quickly got the old printer out, the new printer in, and set us up on multiple computers. The woman who came to train us on the printer was excellent - she really knows her stuff! These printers do so much it was great to have someone give us the low down. And the next day when I had a question she was right back in our office to answer it for me in person. Really excellent overall service and quality. Great work! read more

Our business has been under the professional care of CBE for many years. Our outstanding representative, Steve Jackson makes sure that all of your copy needs are met and that we have a machine that does not fail us during tax season! They are reliable. I call for toner supplies and get them via UPS the very next day. As mentioned, we are a tax preparation office and have our copy machine serviced before and after tax season. A week later Marguerite was at our office showing us the bells and whistles, ins and outs of our new addition to allow us to use all the functions.
