Staples website/app doesn't clearly tell you that 200 pts = $1. (That means each cartridge gave me $2.50) (And my 3200 pts translated to $16. And 9 cartridges gets $16.50.) - Staples should just do 100 pts = $1 for simplicity. And clearly declare the exchange rate on their website & app. + The associate was right, the points became usable within 10min. Yippee! . Staples' webpage on their rewards seems outdated.
