I understand that things have gotten very expensive, although Mr. Camarena should cool his jets a bit when dealing with customers. We purchased the machine from them a few years back and my wife is a light user. I made the critical mistake of questioning their repair price and lack of any explanation as to what is included. Mr Adolf became very arrogant and testy with me. You would think that they could have a better attitude with a repeat customer and be a little more customer friendly. The staff has always been pleasant and professional to me but also keep in mind when I go with an order I come prepared with the files and what colors and materials I want to speed the process up but to also make it easier on them and to eliminate confusion. The prices are very reasonable especially for doing prototypes of designs I want to try before making multiple.
