I was looking a used Herman Miller Aeron Chair (Size B). I first looked at BeverlyHillsChairs.com. However, I wanted a chair I could check out in person. BeverlyHillsChairs.com does not have a showroom, so I would have to go through the hassle of delivery, and possibly a return. I called CheaperOfficeSolutions and spoke with Victoria. She said that CheaperOfficeSolutions had one Herman Miller Aeron Chair (Size B), black, in stock for $549.00 plus tax. She also said that the chair was in great condition. So I drove down and walked into the office. (FYI: there office/warehouse in in the back behind another business, so watch your cross streets and street numbers. Their sign is very hard to see from the street!) I walked in and introduced myself to Victoria. The chair was right there in the office. I inspected it and gave my rump a test drive. The chair is perfect. I paid and one of their workers loaded it into my car. I was there all of 15 minutes! This is not a fancy store. It is a warehouse. That said, quality office furniture is very expensive. I had recently bought a $350 Tempurpedic chair from Staples. The rump started hurting after about 15 minutes. Not good, since I am in that chair 6 to 8 hours (or more) per day. Brand new, this Aeron chair would have been over $1,000 with tax! I got the product I wanted in excellent condition at a very fair price. Plus I received very good service. I am very satisifed! read more

What an awesome experience!! Starting a new business is hard enough, but Skye was amazing and so very patient with me. Over several weeks we re-worked the floor plan several times. This is what made her stand out above the other companies I had reached out to. Not one of them offered a visual of what my floor plan would look like. She offered it in the very first email, and continued to work with me on it until I was happy. We went back and forth on desks, panels and cabinets. She sent me photos (lots of photos!!) and I made my decision without ever leaving Tehachapi!! Once the decision was made and my deposit sent, Noreen took charge and orchestrated it perfectly. The installers were extremely friendly and efficient. They drove a long way to get to me, but not once complained!! I am so happy with the finished look. This place is really great!! I am starting a small business and needed some furniture to get things started. I was shopping around the South Bay and even went all the way out to downtown LA, but found that his place to have the best deals. I came in and Lance immediately helped me figure out all the stuff I would need for my office to function. I guess I underestimated what I really needed. However, I never felt like Lance and his staff were trying to up-sale me and they gave me really good recommendations on what I would need for my office. I'm pretty happy with the quality of stuff they have there, and Lance was able to give me a good discount with all the stuff that I bought. We received a telephone call from t310-856-3456 at 3:00am (yes AM) we did not get up to answer the telephone and a message was left. The message was an automated operater saying Office Solutions and if we own a business and are looking to save please leave you name and telephone and someone would call us. It went on to say their hours were Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Well I left a message that the caller ID made note of their number and the time the call came in and I was planning on reporting. I called the number this morning and the person that answered the telephone said they were not aware of any cold call marketing, I told her that she had better check with her manager and have him get in touch with whoever set this up at getting calls at 3:00 am is not legal. read more

It's kind of hard to find as it's at the back of a long driveway.
