I needed business cards for an event I was attending and was referred to Priority One since I live in San Pedro. I sent a request for a quote online and they called me the same day for pricing. 250 cards for $24 is less than half what I was paying at Sir Speedy. After sending my design in they called back to let me know that there would be a different price because of the bleed on the design, still less than $40. They were super helpful and patient with me not knowing anything about printing and having technical difficulties with the image being bad quality and me mistyping their email address when I sent them a replacement. My only complaint was that I had to take time off work to pick up my order, since they were only open during my normal business hours. The owner, a lovely man, was so helpful getting said documents off my zip drive while I played w/his dog Alfie. Please listen to me as I talk about how AMAZING and accommodating these gentlemen were!! My mom and I walked in, frazzled, on a Thursday afternoon with a last minute task (design, print, AND staple programs for a funeral) that needed to be completed in less than two days. Nick (I believe) greeted us like old friends and graciously answered our list of 1000 questions with patience and in a way that we would understand. An older man named Herb, I believe, walked out from behind a desk to go over our request as well, ensuring that everything would be perfect. We left the shop feeling relieved that our project was in extremely capable hands. Herb sent over a proof within a few hours and was able to accommodate MORE last minute changes when we realized that some pertinent information was missing. We were able to pick up the programs the very next day and they were absolutely perfect... Not. A. Flaw. And very inexpensive for the quality, to boot!
