Monika was so kind and gracious with my last minute request to print an 8x10 photo for my mother's birthday the next day. I called 50 min before closing in a panic because I dropped the ball and forgot to get my mom's gift printed out. She was so sweet and said not only would she print it out but she would photoshop it and add writing to it. It turned out perfect!! Thank you! read more

Meagan came through for Palomar Solar once again! We needed another order of 2,000 mailers rushed and she made it happen for us. We decided to cut ties with the big outfit we were dealing with and only deal with Printing Solutions, we have a standing order of 2,000 marketing mailers per week. In the last week alone they've done our mailers, pins and several sets of business cards for us too. No one can beat the customer service that Printing Solutions provides. Thank you! read more

(UPDATE: I wanted to update and change this review since I was contacted by Meagan-the person i first had talked to about my order. She is great and definitely changed my first walk-in impression. I know she will go above and beyond to make sure your business is handled with care and professionalism. Never had an issue with the quality of the job. Great local print shop. ) As far as the print job is concerned I have no issues with. Good communication over email and over the phone prior. But when I walked in person to pick up my business cards I made for a customer, I open them up to check them out just to check colors, sheen, and thickness. That is it. Not to check spelling errors. If there was a problem It would be wise to address it there. Whether I had to pay again wasn't an issue. To me if it isn't right..the cost isn't the concern on a small job like this, as to having the right product in my hand to deliver. As I was quickly looking them over, about 20 seconds in, I was told "kind of too late to proof them now." Made me feel as if I had no reason to even look at them, and just pay the invoice so I can leave. It definitely didn't rub me the right way. I came here to support a local business. I do graphic design on the side, and spend an average of 10-15k on printing alone a month. I mostly deal with wholesale trade printers, but I do care about local businesses. I'm thinking I should give a different local business a shot next time around. read more

This company is truly amazing. Their customer service, their product, and their turn around time is unsurpassed. My family and I are truly blessed to have worked with them. I wouldn't use anyone else for my printing needs! read more

These folks are simply the best in town with the best prices around! From beginning to end, my experience with the service and product produced was the very best. I am delighted to tell anyone and everyone what a positive experience I had doing business here. Seriously! A big shout out to Megan (personable) and Kaylee (pleasant) for being attentive, helpful, and especially caring. You gals rock!! I had a huge printing project, called around for three estimates. Printing Solutions beat the competition hands down. But what nailed it for me was the customer service. Absolutely the best in town. Long story short, almost 4000 pages copied and 3-hole punched and all with precision, an upbeat, professional attitude, and, did I mention, on time. read more

I can't say enough good things about Printing Solutions. The quality is impeccable, and service is superior. There have more than one occasion where the caring staff have helped me meet deadlines or give advice to make my project better. You can get printing done a lot of places but you won't find the customer service from Printing Solutions anywhere else! read more

Over the top customer service and pricing! I called and asked if they could run something for me right away. Meagan said yes, of course! They not only offered amazing customer service, BUT, also their prices were a 4th of what I was quoted at staples. Their prices are even less then Vistaprint. I will be more then glad to bring my printing business to them. I'm also happy that I get to help out a local business as well. Thank you very much Meagan for offering great customer service. Why would I give my business to people if it doesn't make a difference whether I do or not? Glad to give it to you. It might have been a very small order in the skeem of things, but, It was important to me today. Blessings on your business! read more

I am so glad I found this place! I worked for months on a project that was very special to me and a gift for my family for Christmas. I talked to many printers about the best way to print it, and got quotes from several places. Printing Solutions stood out so high above the rest. Not only was their product superior to others, it was also much less expensive. They were so personable and gave me so many options and ideas. All the staff are so kind and helpful. They completed it much faster than I anticipated and I couldn't have been more pleased. They far exceeded my expectations! I will always go back for any printing needs I have. They are all so wonderful there and do such a great job! read more

I am so glad I went to Printing Solutions for my wine labels. The labels were needed quickly to get a shipment from another country. They got the printing done and allowed me to pick up the order during off-hours. Monica even took the time to cut the labels to shape; not included in the original job. She saved me countless hours by providing service not ordinarily found in today's business climate. Thank you so much, Printing Solutions, for helping me meet this important deadline. read more

I can't fully express my gratitude for Meagan and the team at Printing Solutions. My father-in-law passed away and I needed programs and enlarged photos of him for the funeral. I only had a few days to get everything done and Megan was so kind and helpful. They completed my order perfectly and right on time. It was such a relief after going through on the rough funeral prep. I would recommend them for any printing job! read more

Thank you Printing Solutions for outstanding service for our Escondido Christmas Parade orders. Meagan and Monika were friendly, professional and excellent communicators. I had never created a program booklet before, and we were ordering 1,500 of them, so I was so afraid that I was going to mess it up. Monika held my hand along the way. She emailed me templates to use and double checked my work and the programs turned out amazing! They never made me feel like I was bothering them with my questions. The ladies at Printing Solution are amazing people. They are personable, attentive, and they work as hard as they can to give 110% customer satisfaction. I am an editor of a newsletter that goes out to a small community. When I have an issue, I have brought my laptop in for direction (especially on our phone directories). What I love about this place is (1.) I support small/family owned businesses and they are family. ( 2.) Even though they are not open as-late-as some copy places nor do they come in on weekends, I would rather wait for them than go the other places. I have gone to other places where I might get my stuff done on a weekend or evening but if and only Printing Solutions is closed on holidays. (3.) I like that I can talk to the same gals every time I come in and not a super fast turn-around of employees with several folks in line ahead of me. (4.) Some places are not as familiar with me so every time I go there, I feel like I am chancing it (they can make a mistake and not catch it, they might charge a different price-happens a lot in my favor as-well-as theirs (I could make a major mistake a 5yr would notice but they will not). Other places are good places too, somewhat. (5.) I just feel Printing Solutions has better prices and, well, they have experience. Thank you for reading and thanks to PS for staying in business. But wait! I have a couple more reasons. (6.) It is the customer service that brings me back every time. I am not a friend of the family or co worker. This is truly from my heart. (7.) Several times they have gone up and beyond helping me, when I turn my work in late, to get my copies done ASAP. ( 8.) They have always informed me in advance and have called me personally while keeping me in the loop, if ever they had a problem with their machines or printing timing, etc. They are always "on it". (9.) Working in retail, customer service, labor, etc... customers can become irate over something small and lay it all on the server, trying to make the person helping the customer have a crappy rest-of-the-day. It's not necessary to treat any server this way. I have never seen this at PS but I know they do everything in their power to satisfy the customer whether confronted by a mad customer or a happy one. and lastly, (10.) The prints are great- often, the other places (corporate) use the cheapest paper and printing sources; I have had paper so see through, I couldn't read the face up side. The other place uses cheaper products, but the prices are higher. There! 10 reasons.. I know this is very long but if you read all of it, thank you. Use your judgment. My opinions are mine to share for you. They do not mean that you will be just as pleased as I am. Word of mouth is the best way to spread their name for the go-to printers. read more

The folks at Printing Solutions are awesome, friendly, and professional. I will definitely be using them for all of my printing needs. I had some flyers that needed to get printed ASAP and they were able to get them to me in a couple of hours. I totally appreciate their commitment to customers. My husband's grandmother passed away a few days before Thanksgiving. The funeral mass service and burial were finalized on Tuesday afternoon. The funeral mass was scheduled for the upcoming Saturday. It took me the rest of the day to finish the draft of the memorial program. The following morning, the day before Thanksgiving, I checked Yelp for a printing place that could possibly take care of our order. I called Printing Solutions and spoke to Meagan. She said that she can probably do black and white prints, but that all the color printers were being used for 15 other orders ahead of ours. Since there is a colored photo in front, the family preferred it to be in color. I told her that I didn't expect to have it done that day, but will pick it up on Friday. She said that they will be closed on that day. Therefore, if I needed the prints, it will have to be done that present day. I asked her if she can give me a referral. She paused for a bit, probably thinking of one, when she then asked what the print was for. I told her it was for my husband's grandmother's memorial service. The moment Meagan heard what the order was for, she immediately accepted the order which was initially just for 30 copies. I emailed her the file probably a good half hour past 10:00 a.m. She emails me back saying the order will be ready that afternoon. The story does not end there. After a few minutes of receiving the email from Meagan, my sister-in-law called and told me that instead of 30, they needed 50. I sheepishly emailed Meagan to ask for more copies. Despite my initial order and just having been squeezed in, she graciously emails back and said that it will not be a problem. I emailed her back, thanking her. She responds with an acknowledgment and with, "The programs are done."! And it was just 12:30 p.m.! Thank you, Meagan. Thank you, Printing Solutions. You alleviated one worry during a very trying time for the family. We are very grateful! More power to you! read more

Having a big event happening at our business soon and with 101 things going on I forgot to get our rack cards for it printed. I called and spoke with Meagan, she was so helpful and was quick to help me get my order in. Even asking for a call back number in case something happened to the file I was about to email her. I had asked for them to be done by 11:30 and around 10 I got an email saying my order was ready. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Picked up my order and it was very professionally packed up and the print quality was excellent. Will not hesitate to use them again, great experience. read more

By far the best print shop in town. Everything service offered is high quality. Very upset and disappointed. I'm opening my second business and did not get the card I asked for. While opening my first Business I used printing solutions for my business cards and loved them Iv also used them for my fliers and have re-ordered for that business for the past two years. This time around I spoke with summer for my business cards for the new business. It was bad from the beginning. She was rude but no big deal. Well she added an Instagram @ that was for a different business! At this is after stating we didn't want an ig handle on our card. And she kept trying to convince me we need it. It is my business card bro. But we got that all figured out after they sent the wrong proofs. There was also problems refusing the delivery of the cards. There were three different days I was told it would be ready. Then when I receive the cards it's missing a crucial detail I wanted and was told I had paid for. She then said it couldn't be done because my card had rounded corners. Um no.? Then it comes to light she never put it on the order and wants to do nothing about it. Another woman says she likes the cards and it's fine. No it's not because it's not the card I asked for! read more

I would consider myself (my company) a long time customer of Printing Solutions and there are many reasons why. They are AMAZING! Not only is the work top notch, but they have saved me more than once when I was in a time crunch and needed materials right away (as soon as the next day.) Meagan is the best and so is everyone involved in this wonderful company. If you need anything done that is in their wheelhouse I 100% recommend giving Printing Solutions a try. I would HIGHLY recommend this family - owned printing store for all your printing needs. The work they do is extraordinary and their customer service is top-notch. I came in to discuss my upcoming wedding with them, to find out more about wedding invitations. As I was admiring their album of previous designs, I spoke with Meagan about a foil design I was interested in. She said I could meet with their graphics artist and work up a design quickly. Monica and I worked together to make my full wedding package and I couldn't be more thrilled with the end result! Not only is it completely customized, but the finished product turned out better than I had imagined. I also saved a lot of money compared with traditional invitation companies, as I compared prior to ordering. We had terrific communication the whole way through the project, which really helped with fine-tuning the design. Unexpectedly, we came to see them just as I was starting to look into the invitations. My fiancé's mom had passed away, and within a couple days they put together the most beautiful memorial card for her. Their professionalism is incredible and they will work around your budget and time constraints. I will be using Printing Solutions for all our printing needs from here on out. Thank you Printing Solutions Team!!!! read more
