After calling 3 other UPS stores, FedEx, and Staples, all of which couldn't even answer the type of printers they used (inkjet or laser), I called Fabio who was not only immediately knowledgeable on his product, but extremely helpful. I came to him with a crazy idea of making custom temporary tattoos, something I've never done before, and he greatly assisted without any judgement, which is so hard to come by as a woman who is often times doing unusual things. It is so rare that I sing the praises of a man, but Fabio has made a customer for life. Thank you Fabio! (It should be noted that I provided my own tattoo paper, that is not a product they offer, but most other places will not let you bring in your own paper- so another huge bonus here. Also, it only cost $3.50 to print two full pages of tattoos which is a steal!! You can't even get them at the store for that value, and they're custom!)

There are other staff members who I am sure are great, but his is my favorite!! One customer came in, who had questions about UPS Texting her, and they quickly determined it was a scam. The staff gave her great advice and a reminder that UPS will not text you, but you can opt into delivery notifications, which will alwys come from a UPS email addr (not google or anything else). I appreciated how they educated her. Professional, knowledgeable and kind. And my packages will get to my family in time for the holiday.

I ultimately submitted a design of two 24"x36" posters to them for print. I did the graphic design myself, and i messed up cleaning my birds a little, as I was rushed. If you need, Instant Signs & Prints also offers graphic design service for additional cost. They also mounted it originally for foam core, but we mounted on thin piece of wood. It was a wedding welcome sign and guest table seating. Instant Signs and Prints was also one of the more reasonably priced businesses, as fast turnaround was much more expensive at other places. To print two 24"x36" posters and mount on foam core cost around $90. The only negatives is they only open Monday-Fridays, no weekends. And parking is slightly hard as its located in a tight alley.

Underneath those piles of paper and empty boxes rest the state of the art copy machinery. They can print anything from giant blueprints and oversize poster copies, to super sharp color copies on whatever kind of paper you like and banners that span the highway. Mitch, the owner, and his right hand woman, Julie, hold down this paper fort with a sense of humor and an ease that makes you feel right at home, no matter how soon your deadline is. Stepping into this Copymat is a little like time travel, remember when you could bring your art on a thumb drive and they wouldn't charge you an extra $2.50 just to read the thumb drive. (I'm looking at you, Staples copy center). I've been in several times now, and they've always been able to print off my work while I wait, without having to charge me a rush fee (once again, looking at you Staples copy center). I was happy to support a local business and communication with them was very smooth. They were on top of it and I felt like I knew I was going to get taken care of. They wrapped my poster super well and it was high quality. If I ever needed to get something printed again, I wouldn't hesitate to go here. Parking is in a lot and it's a little tight but not terrible. It can get busy in that mall sometimes but there are 15 minute parking spaces for when one needs to just pick something up.
