Better late than never...I started using ABC pediatrics in 2001 when my first two kids were 2.5 and…read morea few months old. I am a mother of four now and my last two are teenagers. We have had experience and have been to all three of the doctors at one time or another. They all have always taken good care of my kids. However, I will say that our hearts now belong to Dr Rosales. We absolutely adore her. She is down to earth, she takes her time and listens to all of my concerns and she is extremely knowledgeable. For all of these things are reasons I have trusted no other pediatrician with my kid's medical needs. Not to mention, the office staff has always been helpful and responsive when I have called or messaged for any reason.

I was very disappointed with my experience today at this pediatrician's office. When I was going to…read moreestablish care for my newborn I explained that I would like to delay a couple of vaccines due to me, the mother, having multiple autoimmune conditions. I was placed on hold by the front desk for about 10 minutes while they "checked with the owner." I was then told that if we did not strictly follow the CDC vaccine schedule, we were not welcome as patients at this practice. There was no room for shared decision-making or consideration of individual medical history. Even though I myself am a health care provider as well. While vaccines are important, there is ongoing research and discussion around individualized timing in certain high-risk situations, including families with autoimmune histories. I never once said I wanted to refuse vaccination. Unfortunately, this practice does not allow for any flexibility or open conversation. If you are looking for a pediatrician who supports informed consent and personalized care, this may not be the right office for you.

We have been…read morevery spoiled with our last pediatrician being very throughly, accommodating and my boys just loved him. Finding a new pediatrician was a little tricky as there are so many private practices in this area and hard to chose with only few reviews. But we don't regret our decision choosing Dr Thomas as our new pediatrician for our three boys. We have gathered quite some experiences with pediatrician given that we have three boys ages varying from 11-4. Dr Thomas is a very patient and knowledgeable Dr. She is very through with her examination and questionnaire. That's how much she cares about each patient. We had come here so far for our annual check up and referral and with each visit she has been taking great care of our children. Today when I came in for our youngest annual wellness check up, she remembered even to ask about our oldest child who just came in couples weeks ago for a referral. Wow what a great memory and showing how much she cares! We love Dr. Thomas, nurses and front desk. Always friendly and very professional! If you are looking for a pediatrician call Dr Thomas. She is wonderful!!!

I do not like my kids seeing anyone but them, we drive from Van Alstyne to see them, because they're so great, and helpful. Genuinely great people. Thank you guys so much for your above and beyond care for our kids! You all should be so proud of yourselves, just seeing all the positive reviews. This wasn't simply a billing error that nobody noticed. The issue was specifically brought to their attention, and they still insisted on collecting the disputed amount. Patients should not have to fight a medical office to get their insurance benefits honored. Verify every charge with your insurance company, review your EOBs, and do not blindly trust what this office tells you that you owe. This experience warrants formal complaints with the appropriate insurance and regulatory agencies, and we are pursuing that at this time.

Dr. RoseBerry has 20+ years of experience and I really liked her. Dr Able also seemed very knowledgable and approachable. With some many physicians I have had very reasonable experience with obtaining appointments. However, the nurse / doctor calls backs seems bit lengthy at 3+ hours. Also, the doctors alternate days so your doc won't be in the office every day. The nurses have all been happy and nice (which helps). Isabel that handles insurance and is sometimes at the desk is extremely nice and will go out of her way to help.

No one showed up so we had to use the hospital's onsite pediatrician. He was not bad at all but we decided to give our original pediatrician a second chance thinking she will come the next day. After 48 hours, still a no show! It's bad enough that Limsenben didn't show up at all but to not even notify us that she couldn't make it is inexcusable. We got no explanation. Nothing. Even until this day that we have not heard from her and it's almost a week now since our baby's birth. I don't understand how anyone can be this unprofessional.

I walked away from this practice 10 months ago and have never been happier. The doctors (Dr…read more Burton, Heidi Hall) and nurses (Willa) here are the reason my 2 yr old ended up in Dallas Children's with a 30% chance of survival. She was brought in to ABC on day 3 of a fever, tested positive for an infection, and Heidi Hall did not communicate any results to us. When we called ABC on day 5 saying our daughter was worse, Willa verbatim told us that "Heidi was too busy" to answer our questions. The night our daughter went into sepsis, we could not reach anyone at ABC to help us. The nurse triage line could not get in contact with any doctors. When Dallas ER needed her test results to treat her, they were unable to reach anyone that would respond at ABC, and this was during open hours on a week day. I was told by Nancy and Brianna that Dr. Burton was "too busy" to read a test result. I was again surprised at the lack of response, thinking ABC would now see the severity of the situation and help. Heidi and Willa never communicated test results or bothered to speak with us. Dr. Burton could not be reached on the triage line and didn't respond to the ER doctor. Pepper couldn't be bothered to read notes from the ER visit to review with us during the follow up. Each of these providers told us to trust them with the care of our child, and they made the choice to be negligent. This practice is broken, providers take shortcuts and sacrifice good quality care for its parents and patients at any cost. I share this now in hopes no other parent has to hear their child may not live past the night or see their child suffer because of the negligence of these providers. I encourage you to look elsewhere if you are considering them or if your experience here has not been what you hope it is as a parent, choose to make the effort to find a new provider versus hope things will get better. I kept saying "oh the next appt will be less rushed" or "it must have just been a bad day" and continued to make excuses. Don't make the same mistake we did trusting this practice with our child's care.

The front desk staff needs training in customer service and phone answering/scheduling BASICS. They do not do their job well. Main reason for my review is Dr. Joe. I saw her recently and she took barely 1 min to check up my boy who was feeling bad and complaining of a sore, ringing ear. She looked in his ear and listened to his breathing, looked in his mouth. The basic things. She basically said just give him allergy meds as she got up and got ready to leave. I said like what, and she said Zyrtec. And then her body language was already posed to leave. She asked: " Any other questions?" I was dumb founded... wow that was a waste of my time. I was upset, this was her first time seeing my son ( since Dr. Vernier was booked) and she took no time to get to know her patient.
