I got my nails done here with my aunt and we absolutely loved them! The ladies were so sweet, welcoming, and made us feel so comfortable. We both left so happy with our nails! They did such a beautiful job, and we really appreciated how kind and attentive everyone was. We'll definitely be coming back! read more

From the moment I walked in, the customer service was terrible. No one greeted me. The first thing they said to me was, "What do you want?" in a rude tone. I showed them a reference photo and clearly said I wanted exactly that design because I know some salons say they can't do certain shapes or colors. Instead of being helpful, they immediately responded, "We can't do it exactly. We do similar," with an unprofessional attitude. Throughout the appointment, the technician kept pulling and jerking my hands instead of handling them gently, which made the whole experience very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the nail work itself was horrible. The design looked nothing like the reference photo, the shape was unflattering, and the overall quality was disappointing. I came back the same day because I genuinely didn't like the result, but they refused to fix it, saying it was "too soon." I paid for a professional service and received poor customer service, poor workmanship, and zero willingness to make things right. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this salon. read more

This review is solely for Tammy. She took great care of me and my pedi, even though there was a language barrier. Would gladly return with her. I did hear someone at the front asking a customer about them adding a tip which I find tacky. I always tip without being ask, but I guess that customer said no because she was asking them a lot of questions to see how much were they going to pay. I also find not tipping tac read more

WARNING!!!! Don't come to this bad ass place, they're really messed up my sister nails, she got fungus In all her nails, her hands look really bad, her hands hurt and she can't even do certain things because she has pain. This place should not be available to anyone. When we went to this place we notice that they do not even wash the tools they use in each client, they use them without even putting them in alcohol or something. Please be careful with this place!!! read more

Worst place ever. I stopped going to this place because they give you attitude and do a horrible work with acrylics. The only good people to do nails is Sam and he's an asshole. He's rude and he won't take any new customs serious. My acrylics started to crack within 2 days and the gel had air bubbles. They rush to work all the time. Will never return to this place. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. Now I have to go Friday to another nail spa to fix this disaster. I try to give them chances but still its the same thing. Attitude, eye rolling, fast non good work, and fucked up acrylics. DO NOT GO, check out the nail spa on Central and slauson. Ill be heading back there tomorrow. read more

I moved to Los Ángeles 4 weeks ago and some one suggested me to this place so I went. I went like at 11 got out like at 1230 the wait was probably 15 minutes. I picked my color (123) on the display it looked brownish but when the brought it from the self it was purple, so I said never mind and picked a new color and they got mad. They brought a new color I picked out and on the display it looked like a light brown. When the brought it it was light pink. I just said ohkay to it. When they were done with my toes they moved up to my hands. My hands were not even close up to the fan and I got air bubbles (a few) when I got home I see air bubbles! OH WAIT I FORGOT TO MENTION THEY DONT USE NEW OR SANITIZED NAIL CLIPPERS OR NOTHING #rude #unsanitary #nostars read more

DO NOT GO HERE! Stopped in to get a quick eyebrow wax. First off they had me sitting in the middle of the shop while the other woman hovered over me while she was waxing my brows. Very strange. I asked her to NOT make my eyebrows skinny and she did not listen at all. The worst part of it all is she tried to use a STRAIGHT RAZOR on my brows and ended up cutting me. DO NOT GO HERE. U WILL REGRET IT read more

If I could rank it to 0 stars I would! Left really disappointed in my nails! Came in looking to get my acrylic nails done in French tip in powder && I'm sad to say I left with all white nails! I also asked for taper long nails and instead got almond nails smh. As soon as I got there they instantly paired me with a dude, although there was at least 5 woman doing nothing . My first mistake was not communicating better! He kept wanting to to do the French tip nails his way so I ended up declining! He was very pushy and very half ass , he cut me at least 2 times different fingers & I had to let him know! Regardless he knew he was doing his job wrong overall because he discounted me 10 dollars off! Which I ended up still paying because I tipped him 10 dollars!! Ladies please be careful where you spend your money at. Never coming again read more

I don't recommend this place! This was my second time giving it a try and it just went worse! First time I went I asked for coffin nails and they were very bumpy and uneven! I asked for crome color and they spend about an hour trying to make their cheap quality crome work on my nails until I told the girl can you just give me a different color I need to go! I was also burned and cut! On my second try I asked for coffin again and I repeated to her 2 times cause I noticed my nails were coming out square! And she kept saying yeah I know. In the end I ended up with thick ugly square nails and cuts! If u plan on waisting money and time this is the spot! Next day I went to another place and they fixed it! read more

Good nail salon. I recommend Jenny. She is the absolute best. I always go to her for my manicures and she's so nice. She makes sure I'm happy with the end result and Gives her opinions on what color I should get when I'm all out of ideas. She takes her time, doesn't rush the painting process so my nails typically last a good 3 weeks. Super sweet. Love her. read more

I went to get my gel acrylics removed. I was attended by a woman who let my hands soak in acetone. I had my nails and hands soaking in acetone for 40 min total. She didn't fully remove the gel or file my nails nicely. She would help other people instead of helping me, and rushed at the end by just soaking my nails with oil, while I still had residue. My hands are dry, cracking and peeling. Unprofessional and inattentive to say the least. If I could give a 0/5 review, I would. read more

Went for an eyelash extension , first if they didn't clean my eyes . Then they sat my infront of everyone instead of taking me to a room . I didn't see the lady clean the utensils and top it off she got the eyelashes in her palm instead of placing them somewhere were there can't be infections and germs and she placed them there for an easier job so she won't struggle taking them off the strips . She kept talking to her co workers and kept distracting her self and she kept dropping the utensils !!!!!!! She DIDNT bother cleaning them up when she dropped them so I just told her if she can take the thick horrible eyelashes off and left , to top it off my eye got infected the next day and I had a pink eye and had to go to the doctor to get some medicine . Overall they have bad customer service , bad attitudes and worse of all they don't care what a customer likes they do what they want .
