Yes it might be busy at times but I'm willing to wait why because I always come out satisfied with the work they do with both my nails and toes. This ran down tacky dirty hole in a wall scavenger hunt need to be shut down. How has the board of health not shut this place down yet. Its disgusting they have to be paying people to keep open. Think im lying go look at the reviews. Who still does manicures out of buckets that dont even vibrate. The only people that go thier are the people that live around there. My granddaughter is a child, so those services weren't needed, and I declined more than once. Later, my granddaughter shared that the same woman had been yelling at another customer as well. I understand that everyone can have an off day--we're human. But rudeness and aggressive upselling take away from what should be a calm, respectful environment. Meanwhile, the woman next to me chose an express service and received a noticeably longer massage. The polish application itself was acceptable, but the lack of sanitation and the abbreviated massage made the visit feel rushed and unhygienic overall.
