The first time, I had an appointment and had to wait for 45 minutes before the nail tech I booked with can begin working on me. The second time, I was assured I wouldn't have to wait and would be seen right away. I still had to wait 20 minutes. This final time, I called and asked for an appointment time when the nail tech was actually open and available. I stressed the fact that I could not wait. They assured me she would be available. I show up at said time, and was asked to wait next to booth where she was working. I can see she was still working on a full set. The owner then told me she was just polishing, even though I could see she was not ready to polish yet. I was asked to wait. She then tried to get someone else to do my nails. But I am very picky, so I knew this would be a bad idea. I ended up leaving before I wasted another 30 minutes of my life. Overall, they do a decent job. But if you are in a time crunch and make appointments expecting to be seen on time, expect to be disappointed. This is not good place for people who value appointment times and being on time.

Once she started working on me, she was not trying to upsell me on additional services. She was so very kind and I felt right at home. This is the type of nail shop I've been looking for! I left for 10 mins came back the lady who knew how to do the French tip still wasn't done so I asked for some kind of refund because I literally had nails with no polish because the other woman did not know what they were doing. They refused, everytime I come here I tip over $5 for each service never under, I still tipped today because that's how I was raised yet there was no accommodation on my end, will never spend my money here again sad only one person can do French tip and they didn't even clean the nail polish around my toes.
