I showed them a reference photo and clearly said I wanted exactly that design because I know some salons say they can't do certain shapes or colors. Instead of being helpful, they immediately responded, "We can't do it exactly. We do similar," with an unprofessional attitude. Throughout the appointment, the technician kept pulling and jerking my hands instead of handling them gently, which made the whole experience very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the nail work itself was horrible. The design looked nothing like the reference photo, the shape was unflattering, and the overall quality was disappointing. I came back the same day because I genuinely didn't like the result, but they refused to fix it, saying it was "too soon." I paid for a professional service and received poor customer service, poor workmanship, and zero willingness to make things right. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this salon.

Very disappointing especially when they charge the amount they do for a basic gel manicure. Won't be coming back for gel here again. Doubt they will refund. Toes are still looking great!

The first time, I had an appointment and had to wait for 45 minutes before the nail tech I booked with can begin working on me. The second time, I was assured I wouldn't have to wait and would be seen right away. I still had to wait 20 minutes. This final time, I called and asked for an appointment time when the nail tech was actually open and available. I stressed the fact that I could not wait. They assured me she would be available. I show up at said time, and was asked to wait next to booth where she was working. I can see she was still working on a full set. The owner then told me she was just polishing, even though I could see she was not ready to polish yet. I was asked to wait. She then tried to get someone else to do my nails. But I am very picky, so I knew this would be a bad idea. I ended up leaving before I wasted another 30 minutes of my life. Overall, they do a decent job. But if you are in a time crunch and make appointments expecting to be seen on time, expect to be disappointed. This is not good place for people who value appointment times and being on time.

Ive been a customer since 2014 w them. Once upon a time i loved this place. There's truthfully so many flaws to this place you won't come to notice unless you're a regular or catch Emily on her bad days. I know the dirty secrets, started here when she had maybe 7 reviews. -They REUSE utensils ALL the time. My mother got fungus from the place and refused to ever go back, FUN FACT: The day she got fungus they got fined for not being clean. -Emily is rude as hell and will talk shit about customers to another customer. She'll be fake nice every time you see her, she also loves talking shit about her workers. Wonderful owner? Bit racist, has told me black people stink, she fears when they come in. -Eyebrow: Emily does a great job actually... -Prices change w/o notice, watch what you pay. The price will depend on how they feel and how much they like you. I use to love their prices. They always sneak in a couple bucks (well recently Amanda gives me the whole run down) Emily you'll wonder why i'm saying this all when i've been loyal so long... 1. You left my sister waiting 30+ mins with not even a hello, im GLAD she walked out. 2. You charged me for a nail fix (1) which had been recently done. Since the fuck when do you charge for a janky ass service resulting in fault. Oh and I got home and second nail fucking broke. You're RUDE AS FUCK for getting on a phone call the second I was done...no eye contact no have a nice day just showed w your hands how much the cost was. So much for caring so much about your customers. OH and Emily does shit half ass service bc she's the owner. Give up the business to Brian he'll take care of it better. Yes Emily i remember when you used a bottom black coat on my toes to avoid doing several(3 generally) coats of the glitter I wanted. Yes i remember all the times you did horrible nail shapes. Yes i remember you telling one of your workers to charge someone 30$ more so they'd leave. Kevin I LOVE YOU forever, sorry you lost my service. Open your own salon, I'll forever be loyal. Got a pedi and mani today. Unfortunately I did not catch the guys name but he was way to rough when doing my mani and made me bleed non stop. First and last time I go here I'm sure there better nails salons in the area. Hopefully my finger doesn't get infected. I originally wanted acrylic nails, but I was persuaded to get Gel-X instead because I was told they would last longer. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. I wasn't planning on leaving a review, but after only one week, several of my nails are already lifting. For a $120 service, I expected much better quality and durability.
