I went in today bc my bday is coming up and I can't find any nail salons or techs that do duck…read morenails but I remembered seeing a girl getting some when I was here last. They sent a 10% for my bday so i thought why not. They squeezed me in on thanksgiving day, at really late notice (less than 24 hours notice.) The girls who worked on my nails were so amazing and my nails look great. She was able to sculpt my nails with just plain coffin tips, seriously was so impressed with her acrylic skills. And they got everything done so fast which I appreciate as a homebody. The price even before my discount was VERY reasonable for the services received this visit. It's VERY clean, they don't have random weird polish brands they have the nice stuff, very friendly staff, and I'm really grateful that I gave it another chance bc they are soo close to my house and I've been going to nail techs in Long Beach and the valley which is just a pain. I also didn't think I saw the man who did my nails last time as I've also seen similar comments with experiences like mine mentioning him on all their lower reviews so hopefully they figured that out. 100% will be going back to visit. I also keep hearing about Tiffany and I think I met Tiffany today so if you can try to book with her!!!!!! She must be a big time nail tech.

What made the situation worse was that she continued applying alcohol to the area, which was very painful, and didn't acknowledge or apologize until I pointed it out myself. On my most recent visit, I went in for a nail soak-off on my hands. The technician seemed rushed and ended up cutting my pinky during the process. At this point, I'm really disappointed and concerned about the lack of care and attention to safety. I shouldn't be leaving a nail appointment bleeding every time.

The first time, I had an appointment and had to wait for 45 minutes before the nail tech I booked with can begin working on me. The second time, I was assured I wouldn't have to wait and would be seen right away. I still had to wait 20 minutes. This final time, I called and asked for an appointment time when the nail tech was actually open and available. I stressed the fact that I could not wait. They assured me she would be available. I show up at said time, and was asked to wait next to booth where she was working. I can see she was still working on a full set. The owner then told me she was just polishing, even though I could see she was not ready to polish yet. I was asked to wait. She then tried to get someone else to do my nails. But I am very picky, so I knew this would be a bad idea. I ended up leaving before I wasted another 30 minutes of my life. Overall, they do a decent job. But if you are in a time crunch and make appointments expecting to be seen on time, expect to be disappointed. This is not good place for people who value appointment times and being on time.
