Throughout the appointment, the technician kept pulling and jerking my hands instead of handling them gently, which made the whole experience very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the nail work itself was horrible. The design looked nothing like the reference photo, the shape was unflattering, and the overall quality was disappointing. I came back the same day because I genuinely didn't like the result, but they refused to fix it, saying it was "too soon." I paid for a professional service and received poor customer service, poor workmanship, and zero willingness to make things right. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this salon.

The paint is litterly lifting off in one singular piece and I'm not doing anything! The price they charge is crazy for the nails to only hold up that long. Regular polish would of lasted longer. Very disappointing especially when they charge the amount they do for a basic gel manicure. Won't be coming back for gel here again. Doubt they will refund. Toes are still looking great!
