I saw someone post a review on TikTok and the place looked lovely! Decided to Yelp messaged them and booked an appointment. When I showed up to my appointment they were busy. Told them I was there for the 10:30 am appt, checked in, and sat down right away. They asked if I wanted to do a manicure and said yes. Then someone else came in the salon and said they are late for a 10:30 am also. Oh no... seemed like they overbooked. I think the owner was trying to call for backup. There was another girl who came in and I felt so bad she waited over 30 mins to get seen when she had an appointment. That's the worse!!! When I chose my service I thought there was callus treatment but didn't get that or a massage, so I was a little bummed. The second time I came here I made sure to pick the one with callus treatment and yet no callus removal was done. Just a foot scrub. The first time, the lady didn't do my manicure good. She kept cutting me. I told myself I wasn't ganna come back here but wanted to give them a fair shot. So the second time I came, I made sure to call to book an appointment. Also, the lady was having a hard time checking me out and then ended up double charging me. She even told me it was my fault that I pressed something like maybe learn your system or ask the owner for help. The owner had to call someone to help her refund me but damn. She charged me $197 with what I got done I thought no way it cost that much. The lady didn't even think twice about it which is why I asked for the receipt. I would say 3/10, won't come back :(

My New Go-To Nail Salon!…read more This was my second visit, and after my first, this officially became my go-to nail salon! I get my nails done monthly, and I originally found this place through the great reviews and because it's conveniently located in the same shopping plaza as my errands. I called to make my appointment, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. An always delivers when I show her my inspo pictures! She's so sweet, attentive, and makes sure I'm comfortable throughout my appointment. I've also had my brows done by Wendy and Le, and both were gentle and professional. Wendy and Le have also both done my pedicures, and I've had such a great experience with both of them! I usually get a basic gel pedicure, and they're always so gentle, detailed, and make sure I'm comfortable throughout the service. One thing I really appreciate is that they explain the pricing beforehand, including things like gel, nail length, removal, and designs, so there are no surprises. They also remember you by name and always offer you a bottle of water, which I think is such a nice little touch! It makes you feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. The atmosphere is calm, friendly, and comfortable--not like some salons where you feel like the staff is talking about customers. Even when An had to leave while I was getting my pedicure, she made sure to say goodbye, which I thought was such a sweet touch. They accept walk-ins, but I recommend making an appointment, especially during busy hours. An, Le, and Wendy have all been amazing! (The 8/12 & 9/12 is for the month lol)
