I'm assuming I didn't go to one of them because my nails were shaped all different sizes. I told my technician that my nail was breaking and asked her to either cut it or shape it down. Instead she glued it and I was charged an extra $2. If I was going to be charged she should have either told me or listened to what I had asked. There was also an extensive wait from the transition of my pedicure to my manicure. I was in the salon for two hours and paid $67. I've paid this amount with less time and better care for my pedicure.

This is the worst appointment I have ever had in my entire life. The owner was clearly not ready to have an appointment today even though she took my $25 deposit online booking. Her drill wasn't charged her backup drill wasn't working. After I showed up to the salon on time and the salon was closed and she wasn't there and they proceeded to call me and see if I can come back because her drills were not charged. She had asked me if I wanted to come back an hour later I told her no and asked her if she could file my nails manually. She said yes and tried to put new gel, X nails on top of old gel, X without fully filing end or soaking them off, which annoyed me. When I complained and asked her to continue to soak them, she gave me a bit of an attitude, but agreed to do it. I don't think she understood what soaking off meant so then I asked her if she can cut down my nails and start fresh before putting the gel ax on. She agreed to that, and as she starts to put the gel ax on, she realizes that she still doesn't have her drill and that she can't proceed any longer. I quickly got aggravated and told her how unacceptable this was, and she basically turned it on me and said I told you I didn't have my drill and then I pretty much should know because I get my nails done so I asked for my $25 deposit back but she gave me and I walked out with my nails not done cut down nothing on them. It was a hot and humid day, and one of the owners, Michelle, offered me a battery operated hand fan when she noticed I was pregnant since maternity really throws off your hormones levels. Salon was busy on a Saturday around 1-2pm. They do have two pedi chairs, and three manicure tables. I had an amazing experience, and will definitely visit again.

Within a day my gel chipped off my nails and not even a week later, 3 nails had chips in them. Usually my nails last me for several weeks but now I have to get them redone.
