She was lying, I was there at 4:55 as I mentioned and no one had arrived after me, and it seemed very unfair that my appointment time was given to someone else. The lack of communication and customer service left me feeling very upset and very much disappointed. I believe it's important for businesses to handle these situations with professionalism and empathy. I hope that the European Wax Center can address these issues to ensure a better experience for their customers in the future. I believe that individuals like her, who are very rude, dont know how to talk to customers can tarnish the company's reputation. Starting today, I will be informing all my family and friends about this situation, and we have collectively decided to discontinue using their services. I personally will not be returning as a customer.

Carmen was really nice but unfortunately I was very disappointed leaving her studio. First off, her…read morestudio is very dark/dank and I definitely did not get clean vibes from it. It's a very small room and she had a friend in there with her chatting. I sat down and she got right into the lash lift, didn't explain anything to me (it was my first time), didn't ask for color I wanted to tint them etc. she spoke in Spanish to her friend the entire time, and I could smell the hard boiled egg she had for breakfast on her breath the whole time. I think she assumed I could not understand Spanish, but I heard her talking to her friend about me and my hair color (redhead). At this point I mentioned that I wanted to tint my brows brown. However, I think I was too late because they are definitely black. They are not very curled at all, and she missed tinting the edges of my lashes. Honestly to say I was disappointed in every aspect of this service would be an understatement. I will look for a more professional service next time.

I wasn't sure which curl or length I wanted but i told the tech i wanted something natural but noticeable, so I was recommended the cute look length 12, and C curl since I also have double eye lids. My favorite and will probably stick with this one! i appreciated how there was quiet piano music playing in the background and also how the technician told me that if I was cold, I could ask her for a blanket :) there's also a basket to put ur stuff in next to the bed. The salon itself is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The technicians are Korean of course but their English is great and it was easy to communicate! I got the classic set which is $70 - so cheap !! It doesn't include tip but you can tip them with cash or Zelle ! She says ok that they would be able to do it right now. That said, I go in and pick my colors and before sitting down I show her an evil eye design that I would like to be done on my ring finger. She says she can do it no problem. So! I get the base of my nails done by another woman. After they dry Jane takes over to do the design. When I arrive to her table she looks at the design and asks me do I care about the colors. I said it doesn't matter, she can do whatever colors so long as it's the same design. She does it and leaves my finger nail smudged and totally unlike the design I provided. I asked her if she could re-do it because it was smudged from the picker she was using to make the dots. She calls me terrible and says no one else complains. At this point, I am in complete shock because she herself sees the issues of the nail polish being smudged and missing paint and thinks it's acceptable. So I said since I am terrible, I would like to leave and stop this service entirely. (Because who really wants to give their money to someone who would call them terrible because of their poor work as a first response.) So then she pushes her seat back, grabs acetone and pours it over my finger nails and then tosses a cotton ball onto hand rest? Couldn't even hand it to me like a civilized person. It was nuts. Now as I'm walking out to leave I try to take a business card so I can leave review. She then scatters around the salon to snatch all the business cards that she could find laying around and goes "we don't have business cards." Haha, so I just look at her bewildered and grabbed one as I walked out the door. This experience was simply outrageous. My advice, don't go to this salon and if you do, avoid Jane. She's a true nightmare and lacks any kind of customer service skills.

I want to start off by saying that Samantha is extremely kind and sweet…read more Her office is cute clean and in a great location with parking which is a plus. I've only gone for waxing Brazilian & full leg at first I was happy now I won't have to go downtown New York to get waxed and she was fast and painless during the process. However, upon having fun with my husband he noticed that I had tons of patches of hair on my buttocks and behind my thighs. I also noticed when doing the Brazilian she didn't even advise me to spread my cheeks so she can get in there and eliminate the hairs like they do in downtown NY. As a result I think that when it comes to waxing which is all I can comment on isn't her specialty she needs to work a bit more on that. It's a bummer I've already went twice but this confirmed it's a waste of time and money for me I rather go to downtown Ny where I know I'll get every piece of hair on my body removed. Now disclaimer : of course if you have ingrown hairs I'm aware those don't come off easily with waxing but aside from those I do want every hair removed perfectly that's what I'm paying for. I'm wishing her best of luck in her journey and that she learns more I've seen her advertising eyelashes that might be her strong suit I can't say I never done it. But waxing for me is not the best location for that service.
