I emphasized this over and over again as we walked through my home. The house is always "clean" but this service was supposed to be my monthly deep cleaning to get the toilets, showers, etc., and most importantly to shine the floors. I called Missabella because my regular housekeeper cancelled on me at the last minute and we have an event planned for tomorrow. I use Pledge FloorCare Finish product on my floors for the brilliant shine. I asked the ladies if they were familiar with the product and how to mop floors with the product. They said they did. I even offered to demonstrate, and they said it wasn't necessary and they could handle it. I am utterly disappointed with the results! I attempted to contact management with the company via office and cell phone, left voice and text messages - no one will return my call. In addition to the wood floors, they didn't vacuum any of my 4 area rugs, they smeared some inferior product all over my granite counter tops and cooktop leaving an oily buildup and streak marks, they didn't wipe down any of the furniture in my office - I am beyond disappointed. But the worse part is that Missabella management will not even give me the courtesy of a return phone call. Quite honestly, the two young ladies were very polite - they even tried to re-mop the floors and re-wipe the counters down. But they were in way over their heads. Neither of them were ready to professionally clean a home, especially not one with dark floors that require a different mopping technique. I told them that I was very disappointed with the results. They acknowledged that the floors looked horrible. Crystal and Elle were so polite, I gave them a 25% cash tip - not for the quality of the service, but to recognize their efforts for trying. Crystal even offered to come back in the morning to give it one more try. They worked all day long and it's not the young inexperienced ladies' fault they were unprepared. This is a classic case of poor management and poor training. Missabella should have teamed these young ladies up with someone more experienced to teach them how to provide quality cleaning services. Anyone who knows me can attest to the fact that my home is always very clean. The only reason we bring in a cleaning service is for the once a month "deep cleaning" and shining of our wood floors. This was not at all worth the $170 we paid and I would never recommend their services to anyone. I am contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge. I hope my insurance protects against payments for services not rendered.

The booking process was very easy! I just called and they gave me pricing info and booked an appointment for me within 5 minutes. They also have a user friendly website where you can schedule appointments as well. They offer decent prices for their services. I also love the flexibility of their work schedule since most housekeeping services only offer Monday through Friday cleaning. They sent over Mari and Monica. MARI IS EXCELLENT! She is very thorough, detailed, and hardworking. She was able to clean so much in such a short time. I'm actually very picky when it comes to housekeeping services but she left my house in such perfect condition that I had no complaints. Literally every text takes more than an average of 3 days for any response. I hired a cleaning service so I wouldn't have to do the work, yet I was cleaning alongside them the entire time. One of the other cleaners did a good job and was professional. Unfortunately, the owner was confrontational, dismissive, and extremely unprofessional -- this is her business, and her behavior set the entire tone. In addition, the owner repeatedly walked through filth and onto my carpet without removing her shoes or wearing shoe covers, even after I asked several times. I had to go back over areas with my vacuum. They also used my cleaning supplies even though I was told they would bring their own. On top of everything, the quality of the portion of the cleaning that they did was not professional -- I could have done the same job myself, which defeats the purpose of hiring a service. I paid $150, which reflected the work that was actually done (standard cleaning plus fridge), but this was by far the most stressful and unprofessional cleaning experience I've ever had. Do not hire this company if you want clear pricing, professionalism, and for the job you booked to actually be honored.
