We've loved using Abaco since moving into our new house. We scheduled a cleaning before moving in and they did an incredibly thorough job. We were so impressed by the deep clean that we scheduled a monthly service, and they've done a fantastic job each and every time. One stand-out thing we like is that they take the time to move things around for dusting - something that previous services we have tried didn't do! The house smells so awesome when they finish. Raul and his wife are attentive and communicative, ensuring the team does a great job, and everyone on the cleaning team has been incredibly nice. Their prices are very fair and competitive. We plan to use them as our permanent cleaning service. read more

I hired Abaco Cleaning and Maintenance for it's move-out pre-home sale services. This included Deep Cleaning and Windows Washing for a 1,952 Square Foot three bedroom property that had been lived in since 1949. The Kitchen area used an old manual venting system that essentially consisted of a 6 inch hole in the ceiling, and over the year grease and smoke from cooking had built up, this particular room carried over into the second day for cleaning. Abaco brought in a team of five people and worked 8 hours on the house the first day, and the following day, brought in a team of two to finish the work. The transformation is quite amazing, considering how much dirt had built up within the property. It was the best option and most affordable option without investing in a full re-painting job. Now it is freshly cleaned and ready for the new owners to come and paint it however they desire. I was fortunate to have both of the owners working on location, Raul and Daisy. Raul and I had several interesting conversations. I found him very wise and enjoyable to talk to at the close of the first day. Talking with co-owner Daisy, I learned that they cover most of the Los Angeles County Area and have even done work as far as San Diego. Since I am considering leaving California, I asked if they have done any work in other states. Daisy, told me that if the job were large enough, Arizona was the farthest area they could provide services. All of the team that deep cleaned the property were bilingual in English and Spanish, were very friendly and appeared to enjoy the work they were providing. I will use the again without hesitation in the future if I am in need of deep cleaning services again, and possibly for occasional basic cleaning if I end up remaining within their service area. I can not think of anything negative about this experience. They arrived on time, worked around a total of 13 hours, their prices considering the service they provided was very reasonable, and the owners were very friendly. read more

We paid $475 for a deep cleaning of a vacant house before we can move in. And even tipped $100 before seeing the quality of work. So $575 total. There was no furniture and no occupants to distract the cleaners. After inspection, it was clear that many items were skipped and the rest was a wipe down, at best. Some of the problems: dirty toilet (yes, use your imagination), hairs in the shower, kitchen counters dirty, kitchen cabinet doors not cleaned, stove filthy, and the list goes on and on. We had to clean the house ourselves and bring in family to help clean the house. Everything needed to be cleaned. This company talks about satisfaction so they sent over another person to complete the job after we reported back the poor cleaning performance and there were improvements but numerous problems still existed. After voicing our dissatisfaction they refunded $75. In the end, we paid $500 for a very poor cleaning, needed to spend hours and hours cleaning ourselves and endure the headache of it all. They are nice people when talking to them on the phone and seem to care about helping but the performance of cleaning is very low quality. read more

I have used Ábaco several times over the years, and I've always had a great experience. (Move out cleaning, pre-home listing cleaning, post renovation cleaning, they have done it all for me!) Their communication was always prompt and clear, and they do their very best to accommodate tight scheduling needs. Cleaning is always thorough for the time allotted. In instances where I booked a time slot that was too short, they called me back to explain what was needed and gave me the opportunity to expend or alter the services ordered. I will continue to use Abaco anytime I need cleaning! read more

Abaco Cleaning did an excellent job of house cleaning. Excellent value for the money. I appreciated their positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and thorough job. The team of two cleaners were very professional, very hard workers, and left the house clean and smelling fresh. They even loved my two cats! They arrived on time even though parking was difficult. Communication is great and very easy. Thank you for delivering everything you promised, Raul!!. I am looking forward to using your services again. read more

I requested a deep clean upon tenant move out. The place was horrendous. Raul and his team were the most polite and courteous people I have worked with for a long time. They did a great job in a bad situation. I will definitely use them again for my other cleaning needs. read more

I contacted Abaco cleaning for services for my home. The gentleman I spoke with was friendly and helpful and gave me a price over the phone. While it was slightly higher than what I was paying, it was still within range. The cleaner came to my home (an hour late), did an adequate job then I was billed nearly double what I agreed to after the fact. I'm working out the financials now but recommend you look elsewhere for this type of service. read more

To start with I had them come in for a "deep cleaning" which they had recommended. The 2 women who came to clean were 30 mons late, they did not call me, I had to call the number I had scheduled with to.fond out of they were still coming. When they were done I did the walk through, there was a sticky mess on the counter still and also something on the wall. At first one women said they don't do that, the other women got her rag and cleaned the spot on the wall. The second time they were 25 mins late, also no call. This time they had not picked up the rubber matt when cleaning the tub, and all the dirt and dust on the floor was swept in a pile behind the toilet. When I told them I wouldn't be rescheduling they offered a free cleaning to show they really can do it right. That cleaning crew arrived late, no call. They did however do an an excellent job, so I set up the next cleaning. The next crew arrived an hour late, no call. Rush cleaned then took off while I had a nap. They did worse than any of the others. I think I can say I have them a fair trial, and can safely say they are the worst cleaning company EVER read more

I found these guys on Craigslist. I choosed them due to the high profile in deep cleaning. We recently moved in in Dec ... the house was never cleaned before we moved in. All moldings around the house were not cleaned. Anyhow... i decided to hire someone that can get the job done. I originally dealt with Ceaser, which was a very professional and answered all my questions. He provide me a qoute between $300 / $375.00 final pricing would be given at arrival. The crew that came were very nice people. They started down stairs (living room, kitchen, and bathroom. When i went down stairs to check the work, i noticed that they didn't clean under the sofa and the walls in the bathroom, the stairs were not sweapped and mopped. They lady advised that they do no clean the walls that would be a separate request and more money. I had to sweap under the couch and mop, same thing with the stairs. They just pretty much cleaned from the outside... all kitchen cabinets were only cleaned from the outside. There was no deep cleaning. The guy that cleaned my up stairs bathroom did a not so good job. My shower doors were not clean right and the molding were not cleaned. Medicine cabinet under the sink was not cleaned. I dont feel this was worth $375.00 unfortunately i will not be a returning customer nor i would recommend this company. read more
