The one thing I noticed is the service is better and more attentive. I didn't have to walk down 20 aisles to find an employee to ask a question. This location is located in downtown Brooklin. It's a fun historic strip of small boutique stores and restaurants. If you find yourself buying stuff here stop across the street at Baldwin burger. Yummy.

Anything I need there is a few options to pick from and the quality is generally great. They carry all the big names and the return policy is almost as good as Costco. Service is always pretty good, the employees seem pretty knowledgeable. My only complaint is that sometimes it's hard to find an employee amongst the hundred aisles.

When I called and reached the general department extension, I spoke with this amazing lady, who tried redirecting me to the pluming department, but no one was answering. So instead of leaving it at that, she asked what I was looking for and spent the time going to the department herself, picked up 3 different choices, and read the model number for me so I can look at it online, spoke to her colleagues to get more information, and gave her personal experiences. And when I picked up my order, it fits perfectly!! This kind of amazing service is rare to come by and I truly believe that it should be recognized. I called the next day regretting I not getting her name. And I was told her name is Leslie. I really hope this is the right person, and if so, I couldn't thank you enough.
