On a Thursday afternoon at 1:30pm we headed to El Caporal in Sparta, WI Last year after spending the summer in the Midwest states we swore we would not eat at any restaurant that had only 1 car in the parking lot! We broke that myth today! The food was yummy, fresh and what a fun place! We did not have a margarita, but they had small, med, large and ginormous sized Rita's!!
