The chicken had an incredible crunch to it and didn't get soggy in the sauce; the tomatoes were nicely roasted and the Cajun cream was not overly Cajuny or spiced, just nicely seasoned. With this particular dinner you have your choice of potato, my choice was their fresh cut homemade fries, yep, I added the gravy. This was very succulent. baked to perfection, you tasted the seasonings, the gravy. The appetizer was the nacho cheese platter where the chips were toasted, and the cheese gave it that extra flavor.
